My MG HS PHEV wasn’t specifically listed as compatible for the boot mat I needed. However, after email discussions with CarMats UK I was assured they had the compatible mat pattern. I ordered and the mat arrived and is perfect. Thanks to Dan & Hellen at CarMats UK for your help with this, if you’ll just update the compatible models list for this mat I’ll happily give you 5 stars.

Look fantastic i bought a full set for my nissan qashqai and the mat for the driver which has buttons to secure it has failed buttons have come away from mat poor quality the other mats are ok
Bought rubber mats for my nissan qashqai 18 plate. Arrived after a few days after payment. Just a knock at the door mid morning. Would be nice to have been e mailed they are on the way. Fist impression is the are fitting well. Feel thick and heavy-duty. Only time will tell. Taking out other mats and replacing with these rubber ones. Build quality is good. Has a slight rubber smell but I think this will wear off over time. Already have a boot liner. Thanks.
Placed an order for car mats and a boot mat. Car mats have arrived, but no boot mat. I've emailed and rang but just being ignored. Don't waste your money. Their customer service sucks. Have my money, but they have no conscious
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! Ordered a full boot liner for my car. Had to chase delivery as the website delivery passed well by. I did get a response apologising claiming to be very busy and basically asking that I wait a further week. Eventually the liner arrived , but not as described! I ordered a liner that accommodated split rear seats, and got one that required all the rear seats to be reclined at the same time. I immediately sent an email to customer services asking how to rectify the issue, then 4 days later sent a second chasing email as my first was ignored. I received no reply from the second and am currently stuck with a liner that isn’t what I ordered more than a month later! I’m sure there will be good companies about that will provide goods as advertised, within the time they state they will deliver…..this isn’t one of them!
Please don't use ordered some mats elsewhere, heard nothing back, despite chasing them, said they would reimburse me and hadn't. Give them enough time had to contact my credit card Company to claim it back poor performance. Also unable to upload proof of document!!!!!!
I love their product! The car seat covers from this car accessories store fit perfectly in my car, and the quality is outstanding.
I needed to replace the cheap flimsy car mats which were in my Nissan Qashqai when I bought it. After researching the market and reading reviews I chose Car Mats UK tailor made heavy duty mats. They were quite expensive but I am very pleased with them as they fit perfectly and don't slip around or fold like less well made mats. They look good and protect the carpet well. The ordering process was simple with delivery updates. I can recommend these people.

When first selecting my mats I didn’t go for the very top quality as it was getting expensive but, as I had a promo code that brought the overall price down a bit, I took the option of the ‘Executive Upgrade’. Still pricey but I was prepared to splash out a bit for premium mats. The minute that I received the mats and lifted them up, I could see that there was nothing particularly premium or ‘Executive’ about them. They’re fine, they’re ok, they’re just bang average mats. Shipping time was pretty average. The status actually showed as ‘Cancelled’, at one point, which I questioned only to be told that everything was still on track. Even to this day it still says it’s cancelled in the Shop app, so that was confusing. Still, they were quick to reply at least
Not the best mat, paid an extra £6 for (quality) carpet, no different to any other car mat you can buy from B&M etc for £12... Only bonus is that they fit the car and the personalisation looks smart- but I’ve paid extra for that so I’d expect it too. Overall for the cost of £50 there are better companies you can purchase these from and probably leave a better taste in your mouth.
The product arrived very quickly, a day early, bonus? NO . . . Way overpriced I expected a quality product 'laser cut' to suit the boot of a GLC Merc, a present to me from me to be looked after. I could have paid less than half (inc delivery) for an equivalent product. I've used it now so I will bite the bullet use it and just shop elsewhere next time. I will replace it with a product I can touch and see.
Ordered my boot liner. Website very good. Email confirmation received. Wait. Wait.....wait. Sent a message as they have no contact phone number. No response received. Wait. Wait....wait. Sent another message. Still waiting after 3 weeks. Have I been scammed out of £326? Update: after calling and complaining, it all arrived today. The Volvo bootliner fits well and good quality. The Mini Clubman mats fit ok in the front but 2 velcro pads are missing. The 2 mats in the back are far too small and have no velcro so have binned them. The Discovery mats don't fit in the back. They are so bad its funny. They even gave me a random 5th mat that might fit a fiat 500.
Wrong car seat covers were sent for my Peugeot expert van. I also paid for a printed logo on driver seat cover but that was missing. When trying out the driver seat to check it fitted the cover ripped so quality is bad. My double passenger seat cover was wrong and had no opening to allow the inside seatbelt to pop through. I sent pictures of issue and was told refund would appear in account in 5-10 days. It took 5 rounds of emails to eventually get refund 3 weeks later which is ridiculous especially since they sent wrong product and the quality was crap.
My cat absolutely loves these products. He loves sleeping and playing on the mats, which can go in the recycling once he's destroyed them. The springs are also a favourite, he goes nuts chasing them around when he's in the mood. I ordered a replacement batch yesterday and got an email from the owner saying he had a 50% off sale which ended just before I made the order (and which I was unaware of). He refunded me half the cost immediately, which was a lovely surprise. Such an honest and friendly approach to customer service!
Absolutely terrible, service wouldn’t even refund me go round and round in circles when they turn out they’re not that good anyway probably best looking elsewhere.
Total fraud do not use ! Not delivered my rear mat for my van in months and no refund !
Terrible customer service. Ordered a boot liner for BMW iX3 which didn’t fit. The company wanted me to try and ‘re-position’ the liner various different ways and send them photos each time to check. Obviously this was pulling at the felt lining of the boot each time which was far from ideal. Eventually they confirmed that the liner is made for the X3 and they just assumed it would fit the iX3. When I asked them to send me the right one they said that I would need to take all the measurements and send them across to them! It’s not an easy task taking measurements of a non-uniform shape which has various recesses! I politely asked them to measure an iX3 themselves which they have refused to do and now they just don’t answer emails. Basically there is no guarantee their boot liners will fit, you’ll be paying a premium price and customer service is appalling.
Order #140402 Sent me the wrong seat covers for transit van. Have messaged twice no response. Have put this here hoping it will encourage them to respond, will remove if they actually deal with the issue. If not planning to drive down to Mansfield as no phone number, and this bad review can stay.
