I received a set in June. Although we submitted the correct registration, the front mats did not fit. Despite the company admitting they had sent the wrong mats they would not exchange as we had paid extra to have them personalised. They offered 40% off a new set. I would enter the same registration, so the likelihood of them bring wrong again is high. How many sets of the wrong size car mats do they think I need?

I ordered a set of car mats for a Volvo XC60 which arrived quickly. I found the quality to be excellent and they fitted well. I contacted CarMats UK just to ask if the driver's side mat covered sufficient area of carpet underneath the clutch pedal. Amy responded very quickly and asked me further details and asked for pics and measurements. As a result of this, a revised design of the mat was produced and fits perfectly- covering more carpet area. I was impressed Amy's fantastic customer service, professionalism and quality of work. I will always use CarMats UK and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Ordered mats for Hyundai Tuscon. Paid for their " super upgrade" and added line of "you will not be disappointed" at the basket. Well I am. Only positive is they are quite thick for heel. Otherwise very disappointed, mats are very thin and very bland for £50. Next time look elsewhere I think. Not impressed at all. Not checked yet to see if they fit, totally uninspired.

Ordered a mat for the rear of a van using the van make and model. It is way too big and this company will not accept any responsibility for getting it wrong. They charge 50% restock fee if you return it. Therefore with the cost of courier you have paid for something not usable because it is not economic to return it. Never use these cowboys again.

I ordered a fully tailored boot line costing £273.99 for my brand-new Tesla Model Y. When I came to install the liner, I ran into two problems. Firstly, there was so much Velcro on the product, getting it in place was impossible since everywhere the liner touched it stuck. This process left the new felt-like material in my car looking like an old chewed tennis ball. Secondly, the product just did not fit at all in more than one place. I removed the liner since I could not close the boot with the liner still in. I called the customer service department and spoke to a very rude young woman called Amy who told me that the boot liner did fit, and that I must be doing it wrong. She told me that every car that boot liners are made for are laser scanned and so the liner does 100% fit. To make matters worse Amy told me that if I did not take videos of the liner in place in the boot, I would not qualify for free return shipping. I then took videos of me trying to put the liner back in, which is not easy since I had to do it with one hand and the liner stuck to everything it touched. This left my boot material looking even more chewed up. I sent the videos to Amy, and upon receipt I was told to send the product back and that they would pay for the return shipping. Once they had received the returned liner I received a message from her assuring me that a full refund would be in my account in no longer than 14 days. Surprise, surprise, in 14 days the money had still not been refunded so I called and spoke to Amy. She told me that the accounts team only worked on Thursdays, and they must have missed my refund for the last two weeks. Amy promised me that she would personally contact the accounts department and that the refund would be put instantly into my PayPal account, and that it would be with me today. Close of play today the refund has still not arrived.

Fit was terrible and not at all like the image. Didn't even have the same number of headrest fittings for a back seat cover. Company advised it was a poor fit and nothing they could do so needed to return item and photos as not the actual item being sold. 14days later after confirming receipt of return and still no refund

I'm very satisfied with my purchase. My car mats looks amazing. Delivery was quick. The only small thing, that there is this strong smell from rubber, but I believe after a while it will fade away. Any other way I'm really happy that I ordered these car mats! Definitely recommend

Ordered a boot liner on May 14th They took my money and sent email telling me stage 1 was completed and the liner was being made to fit my car . Then nothing for over a week finally got an email saying it was out of stock . Hey thought you said you were making it for me ? I was told it would be delivered in a week .well it's now June 6th I have lost patience this company appear to give no customer service just take the money and do not deliver I would never use them again and I am now having to go to the Ombudsman to try any get my money back ...don't use them useless

Very average at best, look elsewhere as there’s better product for less money.

Ordered some car mats for my Kia sportage was told on Amazon that they would arrive by 24th April well I’m still waiting for them to arrive.when I track them through Amazon it says that they are lost

Unfortunately my experience hasn’t been great with the product, the fastener clips came undone for two separate mats. The company have been helpful in sending out new clips but in future I think I’d always buy genuine mats.

Ordered truck mats that were described to fit the vehicle. Added registration number so they could double check. Mats arrived but didn’t fit. I advised the company that a new model was released in 2020 so were they sure the mats they produce still fit. Turns out, no they didn’t. Online description changed to say up to 2020 only and I was advised I could have a 75% refund as if ordered incompatible mats!! Luckily I had proof to show the advert had been changed so 100% refund agreed. Was told refund would take 14 days, no refund. Was then told 14 working days, still no refund. 23 days later and I’m still £150 out of pocket. Escalating this now to my bank. Can take your payment within seconds yet unable to process a refund, for their error, in 23 days. Beware.

Got my Mats in and have to say, the quality and fitment is superb. Couldnt be happier, quick delivery too. Cant highly recommend them enough. Best car mats ive had.

Ordered a set of off road rubber car mats from their website using registration but didn't notice the small print why would you put a photo of the mats Inc material to say later thats only a sample and also the material is subject to availability. Be careful when ordering.

ordered personalised car mats for a special birthday present, took 5 weeks to come !! and when they did come the whole order was wrong the text was completely wrong the mat shape was wrong, holes punched in the wrong place. when i rang up to complain they advised the machine was programmed wrong and couldn't send a replacement !! asked for a refund and recieved no acknowledgement , communication is shocking DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Scam company - DO NOT USE - faulty product sent, and failed to refund for the item once returned. Fails to respond to emails, AVOID!!
