The quality of finish is horrendous. Both front mats have flaws in exactly the same place. No acknowledgement of fault other than “send back for a refund”! Shame as service in ordering etc was 1st class! But . . It’s all about the quality of finish!

Bought a boot liner for a Seat Leon estate. Beautifully made. Picture on the Seat Leon page on their website showed an estate which is what I wanted so I bought it. They delivered a bespoke liner for a hatchback. They say on their website in small letters that the photo is for illustration only so beware. I’ve spent £400 on a product I can’t use and they won’t accept returns. Great product but…

Not so happy, great choice on web site at generally reasonable prices however we are a motor dealer and the mats arrived with no clips for the passenger side and the drivers side clips did not work. These standard rubber mats can be found for £25 via ebay and I paid £42.98.

Swift delivery and great to be able to put my car registration number in and be directed to the mats to fit my car. Great fit and good quality even though I ordered the cheapest mats. Very competitive price too. Would definitely use again

A perfect fit for my ID3 and the “ super” version, which I think I had were as good if not better than VW ones costing three times more. I have no hesitation in recommending this supplier and received good communication from them regarding my fitting concern which was addressed before manufacture and dispatch.

So, ordered some mats thinking they would be the correct ones on there website, there was no Reg check but only 2 options for my car & because my car was a 5 door & the other option was a 3 door & they were slightly cheaper than another website & local, I thought why not. The ones I had that were badly worn didnt quite fit that great either so thought the shape looked like it was gonna be perfect...... They arrived & didnt fit properly, Then they tell me they cant take the others back but if I want to order "these ones" (for a 3 door car) we can give you 10% off, so not only was I £55 down & some mats that dont fit properly, but they wanted me to then buy some more off them, which bare in mind I cant send back if they dont fit, so effectively they could take £100 from me & I cant do anything about it if the second set dont fit. Absolute Joke..... Use a different company if I were you thats got some kind of customer satisfaction & will help get a solution for something so simple. Its a car mat company.... its not like they cant resell them, I didnt have my name spattered all over them either, just the edging was coloured. I wont be using this company again thats for sure. Plenty more to choose from 👍

I am impressed with the fit of the new rubber car mats however I don't think I can use them because the smell is so strong it makes my eyes water. I may have to leave them outside for a couple of weeks to see if that helps. I would buy the cloth version.

Mats came wrong for my bmw x6 which I bought on eBay from carmats, then I had to send them back to get my refund on top of that when they refunded me they didn’t refund all my money, absolutely disgusting service even though it was not my fault, also the mats are your cheap Ali express stuff

This company is an outstanding example of how a British company can offer products of a very high standard. The customer service is second to none. I have purchased mats for different models of cars from them and they always are a perfect fit.

Expected to be delivered on Friday, as stated on their website. It's sat and no delivery, it's not even being processed yet, when I checked the delivery status. Miss leading won't be using them again.

I thought I'd purchased a set of car mats but apparently I'd only ticked and paid for the upgraded carpets.I recieved an email confirmation stating my order number and an approximate 10 working days delivery and that the company would email me when the order was shipped .Having not heard from them I emailed their contact details to ask where my order was and as I'd recieved no response 24 hours later I emailed again (twice)I received a response this morning saying my order details were not completed so I would not be receiving the car mats but I'd get a refund which may take approx five days I didn't want a refund just my car mats .I found the ordering system hard to navigate but thought as I'd received an order confirmation and my bank had been debited with the purchase price all was okay. Very very disappointed with response from this company and the fact that I had to chase them for my order.Had they contacted me saying there was an issue with this order I would have rectified it straight away.

I'm disappointed with the quality of this car mat paid for extra quality mat I paid £70 they are the cheapest quality I have ever seen don't no how they stay in business they just don't care less about taking your money for rubbish product don't buy from them

Beware buying from this company ! If I can save one other person from going through what I went through with these cowboys then this review will have been worth doing! The bootliner arrived and I was dismayed to find I'd paid £127 for a couple of square metres of cheap plastic sheeting! The return process was also a nightmare but the absolute disgrace was that I was charged a 25% restocking/handling fee! ? This is not mentioned in the returns policy, it just states that a " reasonable handling fee" will be deducted, in whose world is 25% reasonable? I feel thoroughly cheated by this company and I am starting a small claims action to see if the courts consider 25% a "reasonable' restocking handling fee!? Avoid at all cost! Post script , they didn't refund me through my original payment method , they couldn't seen to find that , instead they used PayPal and I had to pay fees on an already 25% reduced refund?? You couldn't make this up !

MG HS PHEV Car Mats made incorrectly do not fit. Disappointed the mats do not fit correctly and design detailing is poor. 1) All the sockets in he mats for the front footwell fixings are aligned East - West when they should be North - South, so cannot be fixed in place. 2) The edge binding joint is finished where it is visible and will attract more wear rather than at the other end of the footwell under the dash where it would be better? FIX THEM YOURSELF WAS THEIR RESPONSE!

Great fit and good quality Really hard to find mats that fit my car but these are a perfect fit,,, The staff at this car accessories store provided excellent customer service, and I appreciate their expertise in helping me find the right products for my vehicle.

1st class company ,I ordered car mats for my volvo and I made a mistake with my car when the mats arrived they were the wrong size I emailed car mats got a quick reply sent some photos of the size issues and a photo of my car ,they sent me an email to print a return and they made a new set which I received today and they fit perfectly, no hassle really quick replies to emails ,very pleased would definitely use again

Cheap materials, quality is poor for their "premium" set and when you approach them about return you'll be left hanging, no customer service
