We rewired and installed a lighting package as part of our kitchen remodel. We ran into problems on the install due to not having the correct part (even after we had ordered based on several conversations with technical support....initial purchase was from another vendor). I called Buster + Punch directly and was guided to Max based on the complexity of the requirement. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the wiring and parts but was accessible and patient as he walked our team through the process. Beautiful details and high quality. Specifically selected to not have the logo but items were still delivered with the logo. Also these cover plates are SMALLER than the standard plates and may not adequately cover any previously cut material around work boxes.

Terrible instructions. Didn't match the parts. No scoring or other indication which side to put in which side. Took an hour. Otherwise, it's a very nice handle.

I would have to say, overall I am disappointed with the quality of the switches for the price you pay. I have had multiple issues with the dimmer switches and they feel a lot cheaper than they look. The toggle switches are lovely, however, one of them did snap off from our least used switch in the house. So a bit disappointing. However, customer service on this occasion was great. Elle got a replacement switch sent out very quickly and this has rectified the issue. So great customer service, but disappointed in the products.

I had the great fortune of interacting with Melanie/Customer Liaison Officer Buster+Punch. Melanie's abundant professionalism and vast empathy guided me to an acceptable resolution. Melanie suggested steps to take to successfully recoup the transaction amount from Spensen Home Collection. Additionally, Melanie provided an avenue to procure the item I originally desired to include a welcomed discount!
