We ordered some beautiful handles for our living room doors (which are stunning). Sadly over the course of a few months the handles had tarnished and I had trouble restoring them back (despite trying everything and every product). I sent an email to Buster and Punch explaining this and due to the price we would have expected this not to happen. Melanie kindly called me today and she has organised a replacement to be sent to us (which I have already had a confirmation email of). The customer service is fantastic and can now say we will be ordering from this company again in the next few months. Thanks very much
