Ordered fittings for the bathroom. Unfortunately they have a very cheap finish to them. Also couldn't check out with Apple Pay, which caused quite a bit of friction. Update: Refunded me for one of the items.
Gorgeous light switches, great quality with fast delivery!
Best part of B&P is their rock & roll design attitude and material choices. Really like that they carry broad series within a style so you can really work themes and details. Order process is smooth and shipping fast. This is the first time I also ordered lighting (spots) from B&P and they are much bigger then you think by the pics on the website and look better in person. Only negative is that with 2 of the fixtures the decorative brass set screw holes were drilled under a slight angle, now they look a bit slanted.
Rhianne Saunders resolved a problem with our recent order quickly and efficiently. I phoned to explain the little plastic screw tightener was missing from all our installation packs, Rhianne located one and sent it out in the post and also kindly sent a replacement detail kit that was damaged. Great customer service, great products and great staff.

Did a big house project in 2017/2018Went B&P across our property. Light switch dimmers started to stop working (getting stuck slightly, now not working anymore). Now failing all across the house and require replacing. Don’t get me wrong. Their stuff is beautiful, it’s sexy, the product feels lovely. But it’s just badly made inside and if you get it expect to require replacing the internals. So- whatever cost your outlay is include +50% for repairs.
The website is easy to use and choose what is required. The delivery was amazingly fast, 1day!!! I bought several switch places this time and have purchased previously. The quality of the switches is solid and the look great. They bring a level of prestige to a home.
