I have shopped with buster and punch on several occasions and service has been amazing. Following the toggle light switch breaking after a period of time, I emailed them and straight away they sent a replacement. One of the best companies I have dealt with following my home renovation.

We have enjoyed light switches and door handles from B+P for a couple of years. After a switch snapped, we reached out to the customer service team, who immediately sent us a replacement at no extra cost!

I got to talk with a staff member quickly after initial chat box and she went out of her way to deal with problem efficiently and promptly. Even though we were slightly outside 2 year warranty they still replaced part. You don't find service like this often

Stunning, high quality products and perfect customers service! Bought loads of brass light switches and a lamp, everything arrived in Austria (EU) within a few days. When assembling one of the switches (the first one I tried to be precise..) a little plastic part broke (which was my own fault..). I asked their customer service if I could order just that little part since it broke and couldn’t find it on the website. B&P answered my request within two hours and offered to send me the broken part for free! Definitely looking to buy more from them. :) Just one thing that could be better: the website performance. It‘s quite slow and each page takes aaages to load.
