De info was duidelijk en kon makkelijk een e-ticket online kopen zonder problemen.
Alles was duidelijk.
Bagage was niet meegereserveerd, hierover kreeg ik heel laat een mail dat dit hun niet was gelukt waarna ze weigerde om het ticket terug te betalen Edit: ondanks dat in het antwoord staat dat een volledige terugbetaling wordt belooft, is dit vervolgens niet het geval en komt budgetair hier van terug in mails. De terugbetaling heb ik dus nog steeds niet.
Eenvoudig boeken en de goedkoopste in de rij van skyscanner. Je kiest zelf of je extra’s zoals bagage, verzekeringen, service wil, of dat je zo goedkoop mogelijk wil. Ik boekte een vlucht Bangkok naar Chiang Mai en kon uit verschillende tijden kiezen voor dezelfde prijs. BA-11161067

Terrible experience. Airlines have cancelled my flights. More than one year, i was telling that I have to be patient, to get my money back. Not so long ago, they said that I have to call to the airlines, and they should give me my money back, which is of course a lie. Now is to late for anything, and I lose money which I paid for the ticket. Avoid them at any cost, they are just liers and robbers. Eidt after your answer. Of course my flight was cancelled by the airlines, here is no doubt. I don't care, from who you have to take my money, but i suppose to get it back from you, because it was payed to you!! I've lost my money, which i paid for my ticket, that's it!!! I've never expirienced something like this. And contact you? Pardone, i've done this maybe 20 times, everything i heard only a lie, that you are busy with my case, and i have to wait. So how i can contact with you again, for what?? I'll never bought any ticket by badgetair, and i'll always tell to everyone, to avoid you!!

Er ging echt van alles mis. De heenweg ging prima dus daar kan ik niks over zeggen maar hoe ze ons op de terugweg hebben behandeld is echt absurd. Allereerst al niet aan ons laten weten dat onze vlucht is veranderd en we daardoor onze overstap niet halen, uiteindelijk na zelf meerdere keren bellen zou er iets geregeld worden (een dag eerder terugvliegen wat al zeer balen is maar goed..) vervolgens een paar keer bellen met de vraag waar onze tickets zijn en geen enkele keer duidelijk antwoord gekregen. Zelfs op de dag zelf meerdere keren gebeld en elke keer afgepoeierd met de tickets komen er echt aan. Vervolgens de laatste keer te horen krijgen dat onze tickets nooit door hen geboekt zijn en ze niks meer kunnen doen (wel raar na schriftelijk bevestiging te hebben gekregen dan ze ons zouden inboeken maar goed..). Helemaal voor niks onze airbnb een dag eerder dan gepland achtergelaten, en vervolgens een nieuwe moeten boeken. Vervolgens bieden ze ons een monster vlucht aan van een dag later om 5.00 ‘s ochtends die er 25 uur over doet. Echt te triest voor woorden. Echt een onzin bedrijf die ons heel veel extra stress en geld heeft gekost.
Bij het boeken van de reis gelijk voor 3 personen 6 stoelen gereserveerd en betaald. Volgende dag bericht dat de stoelen niet konden worden gereserveerd en dat de gewenste stoelen bij de luchtvaartmaatschappij geboekt dienden te worden ..... Geld zou teruggestort worden.
This company completely botched my reservation, getting both my name and flight dates wrong when booking with the airline. AirBudget sent me an email confirming the correct information, yet failed to pass it along accurately to the airline. When I reached out to them, they refused to take any responsibility, claiming their policy didn’t consider an incorrect name to be an issue. However, the airline itself confirmed this was a significant problem. AirBudget simply didn’t care. I was forced to call the airline myself to fix the mess they created. As if that wasn’t enough, when I tried to change the flight date that AirBudget mistakenly booked, they again refused to help, stating that their reservation system was automated and no human was involved. Due to their complete lack of accountability, I had to spend extra money on transportation and accommodation to adjust to the incorrect flight dates they decided for me. This company provides terrible service and is essentially a scam. I would never recommend using their website.

bij het uitzoeken van mijn reis kwam ik bij Budgetair terecht en ik kon duidelijk verder om mijn reis te boeken. Ze gaven diverse keuzes aan. direct geboekten ticket thuis ontvangen.

Very good price, an always I booked with Budget was a very nice price and experience.
They were saying no checkin luggage in website while booking and will ask to book 20kg luggage for €33.72 which is Thai lion air giving for €20. You will ended up having extra 20kg luggage. I got know this is prepaid luggage at airport check-in. I booked for 3 people and lost €100 for luggage and I wasted 60kg. Actual ticket charge also less , they were reselling with extra amount. €50 difference for three people, noticed it e-mail send by airline. please aware of this scam before booking
I came through Sky Scanner for a great deal, to fly to Abu Dhabi. When booking the flights, on the final page of booking - the page didn’t work and came up with an error. So had to refill the details for me, which was all pre-filled. Once booked, I received flight confirmation for a different flight. So somewhere between the error something changed. I have an image of the flight I was booking also. Additionally the new flight they provided, has then had a change of time, from the one incorrectly booked. They still will not help change the flight to the original flight I wanted. Denying any error happened. Despite me trying again, and getting the same error which I sent to them. Now I’m stuck with an incorrect wrong flight, and no support. Unless I pay for the difference in getting this fixed.
