I am glad I ordered and had them custom made earrings for myself. They are beautiful natural diamond heart studs 1 ctw studs D-VVS1. I love them!!! I put them in my three hole and platinum is a little heavy metal. ♥️♥️♥️

I've ordered twice from Brian Gavin and each time they've been super helpful and friendly. They respond to all emails and phone calls quickly and when asked for recommendations they've never let me down. Unlike other jewelers, they're not a high pressure business and will really work with you to help you find the right diamonds and jewelry. They have a really nice selection of diamonds and provide a better value than most diamond dealers. I don't see a reason to buy from anyone else.

This purchase started as the result of an unfortunate situation when a local jeweler damaged my original engagement diamond. Feeling upset that my diamond could not be repaired, I turned to Brian Gavin Diamonds to find a new loose stone. Having done a lot of research about the 4 c’s I wanted to focus on an ideal cut diamond within my budget. I was nervous buying a diamond online but after reading lots of reviews about cut quality and reputation I decided to go with BGD. I worked with Emily to find the perfect diamond from the BGD signature collection. She was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable answering all my questions. She even went above and beyond unexpectedly answering an email on a day the office was closed. The shipping was fast and the unboxing was great. Everything was packaged nicely along with my laminated AGS certificate and a jewelers magnifying device to inspect the diamond. I absolutely fell in love with my Brian Gavin signature diamond. It exceeded my expectations and truly is the most gorgeous diamond I’ve ever seen. I’m very happy with their service and quality.

The website was buggy and I had to keep emptying my cart to re-add items so they would play nice. I didn't get an ETA of delivery until after placing the order, which was 4 to 6 weeks out. This would be good to know prior. Everything else was good.
