I used Brian Gavin to order a custom quadex bezeled pendant last year, which turned out beautifully. The bezel was finely done and nicely matte (as requested) - plus of course the quadex is gorgeous! I recently acquired a blue sapphire and knew that I wanted it set in a Sholdt bezel setting, but didn't know/trust anyone local. I reached out to Brian Gavin and received a prompt friendly reply that they could set my outside sapphire for a reasonable fee. The instructions for shipping were clear, and their estimate for completion was right on target. I love my new ring - the bezel work again is perfect.

The most beautiful ring I have ever seen! We hunted for weeks, went to so many different big box stores and couldn't find anything even close to what I wanted, but I also didn't want to settle. I would recommend Brian Gavin to everyone, they honestly have the best quality for the price. We went with a 1.77 ct VS1 G lab grown in the Ashleigh setting and was able to get it within our $2k budget, I understand buying online can be very scary, especially with something so special, but Lesley put our minds at easy over and over again and took care of us, I couldn't be more happy with my ring.

Only bought a diamond, no ring. Great customer service, they proactively communicated on my order progress. The diamond looked exactly as shown on the website, I received exactly what I thought I would. Extremely competitive prices, local jeweler wanted $5k, we negotiated down to $2.97k and then I bought an identical diamond from BGD for $1.3k. I am actively suggesting BGD to my friends who are also nearing an engagement.

Looking into the signature hearts and arrows diamonds, it's pretty amazing how they crafted them all out... Come to think of it, the Quadex and oval desings are super attractive
