I thought service like this was a thing of the past! James and the Boutique team are a breath of fresh air to deal with. I do not usually write reviews but felt compelled to complete this one. The product matches the client experience. Five stars and thanks for bringing back excellent and personable service.

The tiles look stunning, just what we want for our kitchen. Heavy, sturdy product with a beautiful matt finish. Have not yet installed them so can't say anymore than that but look forward to seeing the finished product. Delivery was quicker than expected and customer service was great at making it a smooth experience.

Customer service was exceptional. Ordered a sample and when it arrived it was beautifully packaged with a personal note inside. Ordered two pallets of stone and delivery was so quick. Would order again and highly recommend this company. Thank you

Really impressed at how quick the delivery was. I ordered on a Thursday and they arrived Tuesday morning and that was to Northern Ireland. Very pleased, beautiful tiles, just what I was looking for.

We received an excellent service from Boutique Stone. We were late in ordering our tiles and I was very worried they wouldn't arrive in time. James kept us informed and was able to arrange a fast delivery for us which was so appreciated. The tiles themselves are absolutely beautiful. Excellent quality and very reasonably priced. They arrived in perfect condition and were very well packed.

Shopping in a pandemic is not easy- but don't fret James can help you with his 10 stars personalized service! I ordered some samples from Boutique Stone. As per the norm, the samples are quite small, so I called James up to see if he could help me. First of all, he remembered my name based on the samples I ordered. What an amazing feat considering I am just one of the many customers he has! This just shows how James is taking his business to heart. Secondly, to give me an idea of what the tiles looked like as whole, he took a video of a few big samples of tiles laid on the floor and sent it to me. Not many shops will give this level of service. Excellent service from Boutique Stone, we very lucky to be the winners of a competition that they ran! They liaised with us on our requirements creating mood boards to help us visualise how different colour & stone/tile schemes would look in our bathroom, the team are extremely knowledgeable and very responsive to queries! Once we made our decision on the stone flooring & tiles, delivery was quick with great communication on our delivery!

I have just ordered some tiles and the customer service was above and beyond what I expected. I was sent samples by next day delivery and when I wasn’t sure what I wanted I was couriered samples ( same day) in order that my deadline be met. From Leeds to Hertfordshire. I would highly recommend this extremely professional, friendly company. I have never been so impressed with this level of service. 5 star without hesitation !

Boutique Stone were incredible. I had left time a little tight to get the floor tiles for my new bathroom, and my contractor gave me a tight timeframe for my tiles to arrive! I contacted Boutique Stone to explain my worries after I had placed my order and James got back to me and assured me they would arrive quickly. The tiles turned up two days later! And they are absolutely beautiful. Stunning. Amazing company and worth every single penny.

Boutique Stone is definitely one of the best companies we have dealt so far. The first time we ordered a few samples, we paid for 4 but we only received 1. After calling them, I had other 4 tiles delivered to my door the day after. 1 more than expected and a hand written letter to apology for the inconvenience. The second time we ordered all the tiles we needed for our bathroom. James has been extremely helpful as we expected them on Wednesday but we really needed these by Tuesday. At 1 p.m today (Monday) our tiles have been successfully delivered. Not only James found a way to have them delivered earlier, but even 2 days earlier which is more than we expected. Such kindness must be an example for everyone. I call this Level 4 service for Customer Services which is the top one. Well done guys. Keep the work up. I wish you all the best.
