I don’t normally leave reviews but have been compelled to write something for Boutique stone. They have a lovely collection of tiles, competitive prices and amazing customer service. I originally came to Boutique stone as I had read great reviews online and needed support in choosing the right tiles for our bathrooms. They were incredibly helpful, providing great advice and lots of options to consider. We ended up purchasing tiles for bathroom floors and walls. We ran in to some problems around our original choice of wall tile and James and the team went above and beyond to support us in resolving the issue. Its heart-warming to see how a local/independent business puts the customer first and goes beyond process and protocol to support in any way possible. We are so happy with the tiles and have been recommending Boutique Stone to family and friends. They’ve been an absolute pleasure to work with and will definitely be coming back.
