A brilliant experience from beginning to end. The website is easy to use and the tiles are beautiful, and unlike all the standard offerings from other tile retailers. The option to order the tiles and have them held with Boutique Stone and delivered later is a really useful service. Every contact I had with James he was professional and extremely helpful. My tiles have arrived and they are even more beautiful in person that I had hoped for. If I could give more than 5 stars as a rating I would. Any tiles I buy in the future will be from Boutique Stone and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I would recommend Boutique Stone and would purchase from them again. I wasn't ready to receive my order when I made it, and it was safely packed until I was ready. Once I requested my order to be delivered, they were fast to despatch and deliver it. The tiles arrived perfect, without any scratches or chips, and are beautiful, true show stoppers!

I have bought mosaics from the Boutique Stone. They had one of the largest ranges from online retailers that I came across. Initially, mosaics were not in stock due to the problems with shipping from Europe. However, after the email explaining the complexity of the job, mosaics arrived two days later, very well packed. The staff was friendly and helpful. They emailed, called us informing us on purchase progress and helped with grout and other accessories. They made sure that we had enough materials for the task.

We're doing a whole house refurb so have bought a LOT of stuff from a lot of suppliers and this is by far the best service from any company so far. We needed more tiles than were available in stock on the website so they personally went to warehouse to count stock and found some extra of what we needed. I ordered on the sat evening, they were sent on the Monday and arrived on the Wednesday morning. Even the delivery driver was lovely. Fantastic product (same as mandarin stone but their lead time was way longer).

Great choice of terrazzo tiles, quick and friendly sample service (I liked the handwritten note and name sent with the samples) When I place the ordered it arrived promptly and efficiently. I would certainly use this company again and recommend them.

Cannot thank James enough for taking my call and putting two different batches of Onynx Jade on next day delivery just so that I could choose which batch matched existing ones bought from mandrin stone. So helpful whereas the original company I bought from were taking two weeks before delivery seriously holding up the completion of my bathroom. To top it off Kenny the driver was so nice and didn’t mind or frown about having to take these big tiles upstairs, makes such a change having such a happy accommodating delivery driver. Whereas the other company driver was so grumpy and made a point of saying kerb side only. Win win to Boutique stone. Will defo use you again and recommend you . Well done
