Amazing service James at Boutique Stone really went above and beyond, helping us to pick a grout color, replacing one or two tiles that had suffered a bit in transit, and arranging speedy delivery when we needed some more mid-tiling. The tiles are beautiful quality and have really made our new bathroom special.

Initially there was a mix up regarding delivery. it was thought we had requested pack and hold However once I emailed company to enquire when we could expect delivery this was soon rectified. Tiles are beautiful, we are so pleased with them we decided to expand the area we are tiling and placed a 2nd order. we were also pleased to be offered a discount code to "take sting out of 2nd delivery charge"

Absolutely outstanding service, prompt delivery in a very secure pallet, no breakage, and at a time when many other places are failing to meet delivery dates. Our tiler stated how nice the tiles were - terrazzo all the way through rather than just veneer which was great for the edge cuts. We also can't thank the owner enough for accommodating a last minute order when we found ourselves a few tiles short - always order extra, plus it's good to have one stored in case you ever chip or crack a tile in future. Support this great business!

The service I have received from Boutique Stone has been excellent. My bathroom supplier under estimated the tile quantity we required and the original supplier couldn’t deliver for 10 days. I called Boutique Stone and they delivered the tile I needed the next day. Their tile knowledge was excellent and they knew exactly what tile I needed. I have just fitted 3 new bathrooms in my house and have had lots of problems with delivery and service. I wish I had found boutique stone earlier. It would have made everything a lot easier.

Boutique Stone were really helpful with my request- checking stock levels and expediting my order so that it got to me as soon as was humanly possible! I really appreciated them going above and beyond! (Though I ordered too few so I’m hoping the extra two boxes I’ve now had to order arrive just as fast!)

James has been amazing. I did a visio tour of the showroom and thanks to his great advices I found an amazing floor for my kitchen and my bathroom

Beautiful tiles from Boutique Stone, very pleased with them! Had a great range and it was clear online when you would receive them. Delivery was speedy and they kept me updated with order.

Really great company. Quick delivery. Quick service. They even contacted me to confirm colour of grouting and took a video to show me the different colours. I don’t often leave review but think this is worth it.
