This company has provide the best customer service I have ever received. We placed an order for some Onyx tiles that required shipment from Italy, which due to current changes in the EU, was not a simple task. We received regular updates from a customer service advisor, who responded within an hour to all of our queries. We were kept up to date with all shipment information and the product has arrived today, as promised. The product is of an incredibly high quality and was packaged very well. We are thrilled with the service we received and the product itself. We would highly recommend this company and would like to offer a personal thank you to James who supported us with all of our queries. He upheld the highest standards of customer service, which can often be a rarity. Many thanks again and we will definitely use this company in the future.

I would definitely recommend the Boutique Stone. Experience from receiving the sample to delivery of the tiles was 5*. The sample arrived in a lovely packaging with an option to watch a video of one of the tiles online which was very helpful in decision making. I ordered over the phone and the person I spoke to was very informative and made sure I get my delivery on a preferred date. Tiles were very well packed on the pallet and there was no damage. Great website too with all the information needed there. The tiles we ordered (Eccitare Terrazzo Porcelain White) are beautiful and we could not be more happy with how they look like on our bathroom.

😊 Ordered Ravello Terrazzo tiles to do my bathroom and they are absolutely beautiful. Such good quality heavy tiles. When the tiler came to do it we ran into a problem as we were 3 tiles short. Phoned customer services and they were so so helpful. Said if we placed an order by 6 they would put them on the lorry from Leeds to London in the morning. We live an hour away from London and the night before the driver text me to let me know his ETA for us to meet him. Called 2 hours before arrival and then 1 hour before ensuring we had plenty of time to get there and meet him. So helpful and I am really impressed with not only the quality of the tiles but also with the customer service from this company. I would 100% recommend this company.

Beautiful tiles, incredibly prompt delivery. Delivery driver was super helpful also :D Top service guys! Only vague negative is the tile sample is a little small when you have a terrazzo tile with a large varied colour pattern. The video links are great but it would be nice to see a slightly larger sample size in real life before you pay for the whole delivery. Absolutely would recommend to Boutique Stone to anyone!

We needed the tiles in a shirt time-frame due to the date of our bathroom being installed. The communication was really good, and James who delivered the tiles was really friendly and waited for me to get home (despite the miserable weather). The purchase process worked well, but I didn't receive any confirmation emails or communications about delivery. Only a call from the pallet shippers the day of delivery, which didn't give much time to get home for the delivery.

In the midst of house renovations, boutique stone were the easiest to deal with of all the vendors we worked with. From the first contact, to speedy supply of samples, careful advice on choices and issue resolution, James could not have been more helpful, down to the hand written notes with the samples and the regular follow-ups by email for the delivery progress. The floor tiles and patio are really lovely and exactly what we wanted - would recommend the boutique stone team to anyone!
