The location and views are fantastic. The house is super cute, has a great floor plan and master suite. We loved using the game room upstairs and the fenced in backyard was a bonus! The amenities (dishes, appliances, furniture, etc) are a bit of out date and the rustic wood could really use a thorough dusting for cobwebs….. all things considered, the pros outweigh the cons and we’d absolutely stay here again.

Nice, clean little cabin. The mattresses were a tad hard, but that was our only mild complaint. It was wonderful in every other way. The hot tub was great. We even saw a beautiful grey wolf behind the cabin!

Cool Cabins is easy to get a hold of, the staff is friendly and the booking process and on-site checkin is easy (although an electronic lock would be even better). The house is in a good location but had some deferred maintenance (front stairs were concerning, broken tiles, heat!), and could use some overall updating. The "bedroom" that is off of the garage is not very usable - there is no true bed and insufficient heating. All of the mattresses were worn out and the bedding was past its prime. The kitchen appliances and pots/pans/cooking utensils/towels/etc need to be updated. It appears to be a bunch of random items accumulated over the past few decades. Toaster doesn't work, fridge interior is broken and missing pieces, counter tiles are broken. Mold in the shower and very well used carpet in the bathroom. Also, light switches to nowhere, burnt out or missing bulbs, fans that haven't been dusted since they were made. Stuff like that. Just needs tlc.

Great service. I loved the place I stayed at. However the mattress on the bed is WAY too soft. It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on, and because of that one reason I probably wouldn’t stay at that cabin again.

Cabin wasn’t very clean. Shower had mold in it and was dirty. I also found a used razor on top of the shower doors.

The cabin was more outdated than expected. Also, we were required to drive to take out the trash when checking out.

Very friendly people. Always answered the phone even during the fires.

Perfect for a couples get-away! The cabin was snug and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our time away. The deck in the back has great seating. You’re surrounded by trees, with a beautiful peak-a-boo look at the mountains that is also visible from one of the rooms and the kitchen area. I requested a birthday surprise for my girlfriend that did not disappoint. They decorated the cabin and left a cake in the fridge. How awesome!

The cabin was cute and adequate. The Keurig needs to be removed as it had no pods, which is just plain tacky. The hot tub took a full 8 hours, overnight, to heat up to what I what consider luke warm. The property has everything you could need, it isn’t a 5 star property, however.

I think it was just to many stairs to climb, the patio area was not clean also. Garage area was not clean also. but for the most part it was a nice cabin.
