Your process was good and easy. The location and bones of the cabin was beautiful, but it was quite beat-up and in need of improvement in cleanliness and the inventory of basic items (kitchen, bedding).

Great selection of cabins to choose from. Great prices.

The spa is right above the master bedroom so when you try to sleep at night, the spot turns on and off for the heater and it keeps you up very annoying. The sink in the master bath would not drain properly. The downstairs area seem very musty and indicated to me that there was mold present somewhere my granddaughter was having a reaction. She has an auto immune disease and I’m very sensitive to mold.

Cool Cabin has a great service, the day time workers are very attentive and pleasant. Alpine Lakefront property not so good. Its rough, it needs lots of upgrades. There were several features that were not in working condition, I think the owners need to up keep the property to be presentable and appealing to people to book it. Very dessapointed because the first time I booked a cabin, it was nice, cozy, clean and everything worked. I was expecting the same quality. I personally won't ever book that property again.

Had issue with plumbing and had to wait for them to get plumber to the cabin. First sent maintenance guy. I told them it was a plumbing issue. Had to soak up all of the water that was overflowing from the toilet al) over the floor after taking shower due to glog in the main line. Missed going snow tubing with the kids. They did finally get issue fixed, but feel should have got some kind of credit.

Love the place! Great for a family of 5, amazing views!

When we spoke to the employees at cool cabins, they were extremely friendly and helpful. Very easy check in and check out.

Our big bear trip was excellent. House was very clean and exactly as listed. Big Bear Cool Cabins was very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond; we will definitely rent from them again!

The place is super clean. New fridge and microwave. Tons of kitchen utensils available to use.

Information or documentation on how to work the island stove. There was a lot of dust on common place that I would think a cleaning crew would be getting. Found empty ice pop wrappers in one of the rooms upstairs. Wifi connection for the TV not applied and no apps were working in 2 bedrooms. Pacman arcade was working intermediate.

The cabin was beautifully situated. Great for walking. The fireplace upstairs worked great. I cooked & with that very little effort would set off the fire alarm everytime The radiant heater didn't work in the bedroom upstairs where I wanted to sleep. Nor the one with two beds downstairs work. The heater in the bedroom downstairs with the one bed works; however not enough to keep warm plus it smelled like the blinds above were getting too hot and would combust. So it was a very cold cabin. I had to sleep on the couch. Which was very uncomfortable for sleeping. Keep warm by the fireplace and the heater in the living room worked.I would not stay here again in the colder months. Summer I'm sure would be fine. In the end I feel I overpaid for what I got.

The cabin was clean, with great amenities and just over all charming.

The cabin was roomy and had all the necessary things that we needed in order to have an enjoyable time. It was close and proximity to the village and other activities and our family enjoyed it immensely.

The cabin was very cute and loved the pool table, Jacuzzi and all the rooms. Only thing is tv in room I could not get to work. So just watched in the living room. I looked up the wifi name and password and I could not find it so cell phone signal came and went for me. An if I read correctly we had to take out the trash in the home and drop it off at an address never had to do that before if was a bit inconvenient to put all the trash in my care and take it out. I think we could of left it in front for $50? Oh and of course I understand minding the neighbor's and not being loud at certain hours but on vacation nice to be able to still use fire put and Jacuzzi as long as no music or noise. Lovely home over all would definitely book it again. Next time I should call for WIFI to be fixed and tv just didn't care enough to do it was enjoying the rest of the home. Cause when I did give a call for Jacuzzi lock code they assisted right away. 😊

The Dishes and coffee maker were very Dirty and should have been cleaned before we got there that we had to buy paper plates. The sink in the downstairs bathroom counter was broken. And the fireplace had to be readjusted so the smoke didn't come into the room. The location was nice and very close to town and that was very nice.

This cabin is beautiful! It is high in the mountains and has a beautiful view. The pots and pans are very old so it could definitely use some new ones, but other than that, I recommend it.

The entire home was amazing and location - we felt so comfortable and totally enjoyed our stay! Will stay again
