I buy from Better Batt because it's an Australian company that guarantees its products. You never know when you'll get a faulty battery (most are made in the same factories overseas, I believe) and it's easier to have the issue made good with an Australian company. Plus, I've purchased batteries online and from overseas before. It annoys me that foreign supplliers' chargers need adaptors to work with Australian mains electricity outlets.

Forgot to pack my Olympus EMD-10 charger for my holiday in Australia. Faced with the expensive and slow delivery option of the branded charger, I found Better Batt was competitive and offered a better solution to end my holiday woes. The equivalent charger came within days of the order and I had no issues recharging my camera during the break.

High quality battery with very prompt delivery and a better price than competitors I investigated before purchase. Would recommend to everyone wanting batteries.

Easy to contact over phone. Fast postage. Hassel free experience overall. Battery works OK. I've not done any systematic battery tests though.
