Better Batteries provided the battery I ordered at a great price and delivery came extremely quickly. Very happy with their service and the quality of the batteries as well as the generic battery pack for the bottom of sLR cameras.

I ordered a camera battery and a laptop battery, and the latter didn't seem to work. Better Batt provided prompt advice to help diagnose the problem, and my own conclusion was that it was the laptop at fault. Without hesitation Better Batt allowed me to return the laptop battery for a full refund, and they even paid the return delivery. Absolute top service. The camera battery is working well, I should have bought a spare ages ago.

Batteries look good so far for two different Sony machines. Still haven't had the chance to assess if they last the same, but quite happy for now.

I ordered a replacement charger for my Lumix FZ-150 camera after losing mine while travelling. Better Batt were so easy to deal with. The charger works perfectly and arrived very quickly

Really enjoyed being able to purchase my Panasonic GH2 battery from Better Batteries. Prices were competitive with everything else online, including overseas, and I enjoyed meeting the staff at the warehouse when I opted for a pickup. They were friendly, helpful and efficient.

I had just bought a Sony a6000 camera, and the main problem with it (according to reviews) was that the battery goes flat quickly. I wanted to make sure that I had a couple of spare batteries so I didn't have to worry about running out of charge. Sony were selling replacements for $99 each, and a separate external charger for about half that. I wasn't prepared to pay that much for a single battery! I looked around to see if there were any other suppliers, and found Better Batt. Instead of getting one battery for $99, I got two spares and an external charger for under $75! Apart from the lack of a Sony logo, they are nearly indistinguishable and work perfectly!
