I was trying to find 2 replacement batteries to purchase online for my HP DV2000 series laptop and came across Better Batt who had the part I was looking for at a competitive price. Great advice, great service, the laptop battery that i wanted was not in stock at the time of ording and i was made fully aware of this right from the start. Betterbat, kept me fully informed, and once they received new stock my order was dealt with immediatly and i received it well before i expexted it. Lap top was driving me nuts battery going flat part way through a session I thought something is wrong here as it is not a couple of hours since I connected so decided to time from when I started to when the battery went flat and found out the battery was over it's life,I rang around and was surprised at the cost of a replacement,lucky for me a friend I was speaking to told me about Better Batt,I contacted them and even though they didn't have one in stock at the time I had a new battery in a couple of days at a really great price,that is why I am telling all my friends about Better Bat.
