first battery sent out broke quite easily but i recieved quick help and new battery is already being sent out as a replacement

Try BETTER BATT before You chase round and pay 3 times more than you have to. Both my orders to them went like clockwork. East to the West both times In under a week. Products are of a good standard mine being a laptop charger and battery. Both look and perform like originals. Postal tracking and sign for receipt. All at a third of the price. Good service all round.

Having arrived in Australia without the battery charger and spare battery for my camera and a family event in 3 days I found Better Batteries via a Google Search. Paying extra for the next day delivery was the only option which would allow me to be able to use my camera on the day. Better Batteries did not let me down. The charger and extra battery arrived with a day spare (next day delivery to QLD!!!) and I was able to take the photos I wanted. The battery and charger have worked perfectly since then. I recommend Better Batteries both for service and value for money.

Accidentally found this site when my camcorder battery died and Canon advised that they no longer supply this battery, pretty bad as the camera is only 2 years old. Even the camera shop where I purchased the camera couldn't help me. However Better Batt had what I wanted and at about a 1/4 the price of the original. I will certainly be using them again. Battery performed very well and I cant say enough about the extremely good customer service, which in today's world is rare.

My battery purchase was good - however I have been asked too many times to review the purchase. I reviewed after I ordered, then reviewed after it arrived. I was asked at 14 days (and completed the review) and now after 21 days!!! Once we have reviewed the order - it should stop asking.

Better Batt went the extra mile to make sure I got the product even after my colossal stuff-up. I realised when I got my shipment confirmation that I had transposed 2 letters of my delivery address. I got on the phone to them not expecting much to be honest, but they went straight to their warehouse and fished my order out, printed a whole new label and put it back into their system. All while being friendly and insisting it happens to the best of us. Highly recommend these guys.

I needed a laptop battery fast as i was leaving the country in 3 days. having tried to purchase a battery before for my 3 y/o laptop and being told it was way too old to find a replacement battery left me very disheartened.
