I never signed up for the subscription. Not that I was awarded of. Charged me 32.89usd per month for 2 months. Very dodgy.STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
Without notice the subscription price went up almost $10.00. When I called to find out what was going on I was met with a rude customer service representative. After being a loyal customer for years, I canceled my subscription.

Been verified helped prove someone I knew was leading a double life and prevent more heartache. The site is easy to use. The price is worth all the information I was able to obtain. Highly recommend.
It was a helpful searching tool on locating long loss friends. However, it is not something that I need to keep for ongoing usage.
TOTAL SCAM. Paid for a $1 VIN search promising a CARFAX alternative and it was totally inaccurate. All it told me was the make and model of the car, no repair or maintenance history, no owner history. They also gave it a “no accident” rating, which I knew was false as it’s my own vehicle. They then went and charged me $32USD for a subscription without my permission and won’t refund me. Stay away!
Very sneaky auto renew. Got me for 6 months before I discovered. Only refunded 2 months. Buyer beware! Received a stock reply from vendor. I never get caught out by auto renew. Psa that theirs is tricky so be alert.

Easy to navigate
I was suspicious that they would take me thru all the dramatics and non-disclosure, acceptable use, and then ask for my email. And it would go south from there. Not wrong. So the fact is, anytime any website tries to rope me in like this I don't care how good the website is or what excellent price or special they have going on they're not getting my business. I think it is so trashy to make it look like they're going to give you the information and waste your time. And as soon as they ask for an address, I figure I've just been added to 50 bazillion mailing lists, and so when I don't hand over hundreds of dollars for one VIN search, they figure they're going to recoup their money by selling my email address anyway. That's trashy, been verified. Just be up front have a quality website that says this is what we're going to have to charge you, because I get it it cost to run a website. But don't promise me roses and then hand me a freaking dandelion.
