Information received was outdated and inaccurate. I went online and cancelled my subscription within a few days and they continue to bill me. I have called them and they say it is cancelled but I guess I have to wait and see if I am billed next month. They refused to refund the money they took after I cancelled saying there is nothing they can do because it was not cancelled. This site is a complete scam and don't fall for it.

It asked me what I wanted this for, I said relationship's. That is the one thing said wasn't available. So what good are you.

Gave me all the information about a car i wanted to purchase. Very helpful app if you want to see the history of a used car.

Signed up for $1 trial, no warning that it ended, got charged $30 and had to get my bank to fight the charge. No customer service, only robots. Scammers.

Had everything and more than what I expected. This is definitely a website I’d use again if needed. You need a number , address , or family member of person . This is the place to go.

Signed up for a trial a while ago. Did not use the service, it was pretty worthless. Did not receive any email notifications about the charge. Was charged for months almost $30 for over a year. Of course, I don't read every payment on my credit card. Was reviewing something and saw beenverified charge. Total $400 down the drain - customer support was useless.

Very helpful in finding old contacts who are older and not on social media.

Signed up for one month of service and made sure it was for only one month but they continued to charge me, I’ll update once I see if they refund….

There was a bit too much on the mobile platform, other than that, the website was very clear with what needed to be said.

Complete waste of time and money. You can tell they buy all their positive reviews to help the sales pitch but it's just another useless platform that takes your money and offers no more than Google does in return.

I really enjoyed the site and the ease of navigating it. Very user friendly. I don't feel that it is "too" expensive but due to some unforseen events "I" can no longer afford it. But thank you for your service, and when things get better I will certainly be back.

Found the information that I needed to know

I had a great experience using BeenVerified. I had a ton a scam callers constantly calling me and was able to report most of them and successfully block all of them. I had only used the service for 1 week but in that time the only negative thing I could say is a couple of searches weren't correct. Besides that it's been very useful.

Great service, could use some updating of person of interest information, but other than that they still got the job done thanks guys.
