The services and reporting are great, but ironically I'm giving these guys a 5 star because of how easy they make it to cancel. So many of these subscription services make it impossible to get through to someone to cancel and then give you the hard sell to stay. Their system is automated and quick. Knowing it's not a hassle assures when I need these services again, they will be the ones I sign up with!

Had a very detailed list for car histories. I was looking for a reliable first car for my daughter. It really helped us to make a sound decision with accident reports, previous owners and sale history. It was also simple to cancel once I was done using it. Will definitely purchase this app for future use!

For all the money you took from me you gave me zero pertinent information more than what could be gotten from a simple Google search. Canceling the account is ridiculous I attempted multiple times it didn't work until I got a third party app to help me end my useless draw of money from my bank account

I was looking for a used vehicle. I was able to punch in the vin number in real time and it gave me a detailed history of the vehicle; it showed wrecks, totals, details of its travel history and when it all happened. It made the process of buying used a lot less scary. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle.

I don’t use this website. It sometimes auto populates in a Google search. I certainly did not give them my PayPal account. Just noticed SIX MONTHS of having my PayPal hit for close to $30/month from this company. I did not provide that information and I certainly didn’t authorize it. 😡 As for the comment below, that is correct, someone in your organization charged me for 6 months even though I don't have an account. Charges were reversed by my CC. I got no where calling your company.
