Overall, the returned results for a search are fine and include sufficient relevant information, which is usually quite accurate. However, the UI on the PC version is outdated, uses way too much screen real estate, and basically needs an overhaul. Even logging out requires opening a sidebar drop-down and navigating to the bottom - very old school. While we continue to use BV for its accuracy and inclusion of relevant information, we don't look forward to opening it and navigating through the cumbersome interface. The price point is Ok and competitive, although not sustainable for occasional use, only if you use it frequently. There should be another "value" option for those of us that may only require usage a few months out of the year.

There have been some times that you couldn't find or get me the information that I requested. For the price that shouldn't happen.
It is a all around, good way to get helpful information about anyone. I have found that about 85% of the information is true and or available. This is my 2nd time being a member.
Couldn’t find the person I was looking for found the father of the person I was looking for, but I know that father is. Being that he’s incapacitated at the moment, I was hoping to find all information I did receive was extremely old and useless..

The information is not up to date. It is a good starting point but, as an example, I know that the person I was researching moved from the address shown in June 2023

There was no accurate information on a person living at a residence for more than 4 years
Not very useful. Misses a lot of public information like pending lawsuits, death records, marriage/ divorce records, crimes (civil or criminal) etc. I can find on my own the information that was excluded so don’t really see a point to paying for a subscription.
