Trying to cancel was annoying. I called the number oked info about acct and kept being sent back to the beginning of the auto system. Called a second time with the same result! Called a third time and finally got a human being on the phone and got acct closed. The system did give me the info that I wanted.

It was easy to cancel my trial membership. I do not need the service at this time. Thank you.

Good to have. Good to use. Isn’t fool proof. Doesn’t have all information you need. Some information is wrong. Such as names are matched with incorrect numbers and addresses.

We literally needed to just pull one vehicle report and did so through been verified. What impressed is was a great report and more importantly that the company did exactly what they said they would. We paid the dollar and then ran the report and then called a few days later to avoid the monthly fee as we didn't need it but only for the one report. Very easy and they quickly and professionally cancelled our membership and sent a follow-up email. Very impressed and will not only recommend them but also it will be our go to when the need arrives.

Great sources of information

BeenVerified is very useful, providing important background information. I selected BeenVerified because they were rated highly. However, lately there is little or no detail on court records, and no distinction between driving offenses and criminal offenses because they are combined (this has become much worse and more generic over the last year!). There is a huge difference between a driving offense and a criminal record!!! Because of this, I'm thing of switching to another background service.

The subscription does not give you anything different then what you can get for free on a free Google search. And it's so hard to navigate how to cancel my subscription.
