Background search was ok. Thought I was signing up for a month, they turned it into a subscription. When I called to talk with somebody, they provide no way to talk with a representative. This, by itself, is terrible customer service.

Continued charges month after month. They state I don’t have an account, yet continue charging me. Update: Beenverified has since cancelled the account and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall their service is good for a quick light background check on individuals. When I used the service it did give me some information that was pertinent to my decisions of the people I surround myself with.

The search results provided for the $28 fee were similar to Google minus the numerous inaccurate reports on BeenVerified.com. I was looking for more detailed information only to already have 90% off of Google. There were numerous inaccurate items on BeenVerified (Telephone numbers, addresses, connections, legal information available from public records) that remain unchanged even when notified the information is incorrect. Save your money and do not use BeenVerified. Update - Jan 03, 2024 BeenVerified submitted a 'canned' response to my review, did not change the public access information they incorrectly imported and currently report, then blocked my access only allowing me to use 8 days of the 30 days I paid for. My assumption is they do not want me to find more issues with the scam they are running.

It was not great, but it was ok...

Used the cheap trial to find information on used cars while shopping. Found some dealers making false claims on trim packages on cars for sale. When the trial was over I got a 30$ charge for the BeenVerified service. I called right away to cancel and ask for a refund. It took about 4 minutes to cancel and refund. Very nice to have someone do what’s right without jumping through hoops. Will definitely use again when needed!

I did not get the information I was looking for and what was shared seemed to run a couple of months behind. I was hoping for current information.
