I didn't get to use your app I cancelled and money was taking out my account they say they will refund me it's going on two weeks I'm going to have my attorney call you all

I couldn’t find my vin # on here but getting a refund was so quick and easy that I came here to write a positive review as I think we all know that many tech companies etc make this type of basic thing nightmarish. Thanks!

Well I didn’t like the fact that , for the first time they were searching for the person that I was interesting, and they said that she got some pictures that she was in there. USA watchlist the government and they have a for his social life and after everything, after I sign sign and I pay for my contract, I never saw anything of that so I was unhappy. After my trial subscription, I had not made my mind up to cancel. So I was changed which I was ok with but then I decided to cancel. My subscription stopped immediately and I thought that was a rip-off. So never again.

Quick and accurate information 2/15/2024 I found what I needed fast and the information was correct.

1. Business received my initial payment by stating they had information that they did not have. 2. They are deceptive and that they allow the search for free, and then when the search comes back they state that they have information but you can only access it if you pay them 3. Add the time of payment the service is listed as a one time charge, but instead they are setting up a recurring charge for an additional almost $30 a month 4. When you look at your account page it does not show yet as a subscription service, the only way you find out is a subscription service is when they do the next charge 5. They signed you up for the subscription service through FinePrint in the initial charge, but the only way to cancel the service is to either call or email the company and request a cancellation. 6. Many times after doing that they still will not cancel the subscription service 7. I believe in the state that I live in, California, this type of deceptive subscription practice is illegal now and so they are breaking the law and signing you up for a subscription service without your explicit permission by utilizing fine print, this deceptive practice is illegal as the majority of people who utilize the service are unaware that they are being signed up for a subscription. 8. The exact law they are in violation of is Automatic Renewal Law (ARL), which is set forth in Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17600. The California ARL requires companies to clearly and conspicuously explain “automatic renewal offer terms.” This website needs to no longer be allowed to operate in the state of California as they are violating the law, so they’re not just shady they’re illegal Please excuse any typos

The site was easy to use and I was able to find the person I was seeking 75% pf the time. I would say for the ones I did not find, I did not have enough information to search deeper.

Generic basic information you can basically find off Google ! Canceled my subscription but still was charged for two months full subscription price.Even after being told I would get a lowered rate of 9.95 it I kept the service.

Way more options than I expected.

I would not recommend this company. Paid $1.00 for a 7 -day trial basis then 1 week later was charged for a 1 year membership. Based on website information says and does when I spoke to a support representative they told me differently. Do not waste your money. When I called customer support I was refunded immediately for the full 1 year.

Don't be misled to believe this costs $1. It is a recurring monthly fee of $26.89. Even if you pay with credit card you will have difficulty cancelling and get charged every month. Try with paypal hopefully it is a better experience. Be warned!

Great information.

It is really very complicated to be able to access my account even though I enter my email correctly, it says that this email does not match anything in their database, but to collect the monthly fee if they enable me, it is frustrating!!!!
