I have used Alexanders for 2 moves over the last 18 months and was very happy with the service. The teams were very polite, efficient and careful with my things and I was moved in by lunch time. I have used other removal companies before which were not so good but would recommend Alexanders for their very high standards and great service.

We moved house twice last year, both times with Alexanders, and I could not recommend them enough. The guys were punctual, polite, careful with our belongings and incredibly speedy. Despite directing them to the wrong address the first time round(!), they wasted no time and had us settled in our new home by lunchtime. Would definitely use them again.

We were really impressed with Alexander Removals. They did a full packing service for us really efficiently while taking great care over our belongings. On moving day they expertly manoeuvred awkward furniture on challenging staircases. Michael and his team were absolutely lovely and such hard workers. We were fully moved in by 11.30am, which left us the rest of the day to unpack. Would definitely use Alexanders again and would recommend to anyone looking for a packing and removal service

Very professional and were amazing with our date changes.

We are having building work done and Marchin and Talay have just come and packed up or loft and spare room and taken it all to storage with Alexanders. They arrived on time and were efficient polite and very good at explaining the order that they were going to do stuff. All of our belongings have been expertly wrapped and boxed. Prior to this the rest of the team at Alexanders were friendly and answered all of our questions and were flexible on dates. If we ever need removers again will to hesitate to use Alexanders

Marcin and his team did a great job moving us from London to Eastbourne. They packed and prepped everything the first day and had us in the new place by 12 the next day, giving us time to start unpacking and getting settled. It really took the stress out of the whole process. Would definitely use Alexanders again.

The whole Alexanders process was very smooth, and they made what could have been a very stressful experience one which was about as calm as it could have been. I’d especially like to thank Kris and his team who turned up bang on time, were extremely polite, and got the job done quickly with the minimum of fuss.

This took me a minute to write as I was settling into the new flat. I can’t recommend Alexander removals enough. The team was incredible from the very start of the process. They were very understanding in changing moving dates and were simply supportive. On the moving day Keifer and his team were incredible, immediately made me feel at ease and went above and beyond to make this move as slick as possible. Thank you guys you’ve honestly been amazing and keep up the good work! The pricing was reasonable and I honestly have nothing to complain about. 10/10

From the initial consultation and quote to actually moving, everyone was so helpful. We didn't actually know until the day of our move whether we would be moving our things into storage or our new house - 3 weeks before xmas! Luckily we moved to our house and the team were fabulous. Very cheerful, polite and hard working. Everything went into the room of our choice and all the furniture they had taken apart was put back together. I hadn't used a removal firm on my previous moves but if we move again i would certainly use this firm and recommend them to everyone.

After our initial move out of a house in July we had our belongings in storage with Alexanders for 4 months. Their packing service was very good and all of our belongings came out of storage in the same condition as they went in. When we moved into our new flat Marcin and team were very quick, efficient and friendly when getting all of our belongings into our new flat. Overall our experience with Alexanders Removals was very good and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Farce and fabrication The crew arrived and immediately demanded to know about parking permits- all stuff which could have been sorted out in the weeks before when I booked. I spent the first 30 minutes trying to sort this out instead of putting aside some precious paperwork which I’d been doing. The company then lied and said they’d absorbed ‘the parking charges incurred’ which when I asked for proof of, turned out they didn’t exist. Really disappointing. You pay a lot of money for the company but the communication between office and crew for me let the whole thing down and resulted in being lied to which is unacceptable. The crew were nice apart from that. Would not recommend.
