I had a very good experience in store over the weekend. We went to see some samples and the person helping us was very knowledgable and provided very good suggestions and samples. Would definitely recommend.

We visited to look at possible engineered wooden floors. Despite a relatively small shop, they had a fantastically huge range of products and extremely helpful staff. We were able to find a flooring that met our needs and ordered it the next day. Very knowledgeable staff, no attempt to upsell to more expensive products if not necessary. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended.

This is a follow up from my earlier review back in September when I complemented Wood and Beyond for their excellent service. I have now paid the balance of the order and awaiting delivery this Friday. I dealt with a lady called Zofia who was very efficient and professional when taking my call and completing the transaction.

Diane was extremely helpful and patient with us, answering our long list of questions to find the perfect floor for us.

I ordered a sample of vinyl panels, they arrived within 2 days, of course, just as I wanted. When I called the store, the person who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. When I placed the order, I received a 22% discount. I really recommend them.

My experience with Wood and Beyond has been good so far although I have yet to receive the flooring. I visited their showroom last weekend and they helpfully discussed the variety of different flooring types that they have instore. They also organised an independent surveyor and fitter to visit my house to measure and quote for laying the flooring. I look forward to getting the delivery in the coming weeks.
