Box of item was damaged. It’s a gift which therefore can’t be given as gifts shouldn’t be in damaged package. They refused to agree to a free return and replacement or refund. They accepted it was damaged but stated they don’t accept returns in such situations. This is contrary to Consumer Rights Act but not worth my time to pursue it. Only use this company if you don’t mind that the package may be damaged. (Date of incident provided below is an approximate.)

I ordered a Thomas Kinkade puzzle off this Company on the 1/4/2025 according to their web page there was 3 in stock, after about 10days I rang to find out where the puzzle was, and was told that they did'nt have it in stock and they did'nt know when they would have anymore in, so I cancelled it and asked for a refund. I was told that the refund would be put into my Bank A|c in 5-10days that has been at least 2 weeks I still have not received it. I have rang the Company a few minutes ago and was told that they will try and hurry it up and get into my Bank before Friday 18/4.

I am unhappy with my purchase. The image that is used to sell this toy is the DYTOY 1983 toy that I wanted. I expected to receive exactly what I see in the picture for a great deal at around $11. Instead, I got the newer version of the toy that I do not want. Nowhere on the page for this toy does it specify which version it is except for the misleading image that is used.

Thought I’d leave a review as when I looked on here the other day I was worried cos a couple of reviews weren’t great! I got my toys within 2 days of ordering! All absolutely spot on! Absolutely no issues! Packaged up really well! In a box so my daughter couldn’t see what they was too!!! And all in perfect condition! Will definitely order from this toy store again!

Ordered an item, received completely different size from what was pictured, emailed company asking for a refund and return but what was told I'd have to pay for return shipping despite them using the wrong pictures for their product and false advertising, then they ghosted me for the last 4 days after I asked a question, quite possibly one of the worst experiences I've had in buying online, and I've purchased from many places.

Time between order (28 Feb) and delivery (9 March) was far too long. By phone reason was given the need to transfer the item between warehouses.
