Great quality good old fashioned wooden toys at a fair price - our Peter Rabbit wheelbarrow arrived with a flaw in one of the parts but the company replaced it after a brief email exchange (even though we were beyond the 14 day date to report any issues due to it not being opened until a birthday)

Cheap. Efficient. Having ordered a birthday present, I read some of the reviews and became a bit anxious. The order arrived exactly on time and the price was good. Very well packaged. I will happily use again.

Order was straight forward, item was as described. The tracking process for the delivery day was helpful and it was delivered efficiently on the day. Would use this company again.

Alias of companies Zatu games and Zatu home. I cancelled my order before the dispatch because the items were listed as in stock but took 2 weeks to arrive which was too late for the intended purpose. An agent replied in an email that the cancellation is accepted and refund will be issued. A couple of days later, I received another email saying that the items will soon be dispatched so I called up and asked for clarification, they emailed back with a postage label and told me to receive the package and send it back. Weeks have passed since I posted the parcel back and they now claim that Royal Mail had no sign of the parcel even entering their system and refuse to issue a refund. I should never have ordered from this company and you shouldn’t either.

Ordered the reusable sticker set for Frosthaven from Toy Street - hadn't ordered from them before but they were offering the best price among similar retailers. Checkout was smooth and the sticker set arrived pretty swiftly after a couple of days, well packaged and in excellent condition. Would very happily order from Toy Street again - particularly as I didn't even realise they sold board games :-)

Order the kinex ferris wheel, Advertised has been brand-new arrived not in original packaging and bags had been opened and resealed with one bag containing red pieces still been opened. I Contacted toy store to explain How disappointed I was Within 14 days of receiving the item, I explained that as I’m disabled, I would need them to arrange a collection and a full refund. Then asked me to take photos though I’m disabled and have privacy advise them and disabled and I gotta jump through hoops for something that is not even my fault and inconvenience me greatly already. I don’t anyone shopping with toy store, Customer services diabolical, Their toys appear factory Returns and missing parts Order number 353026142

I had not heard of Toy Street before, so I was a little wary of ordering through them, especially with some great prices, however, the item came through superfast, so I was really pleased, and will certainly be using them again! Purchase with confidence.

I bought some floss and rock toys which are really good quality and they were much cheaper than other websites.

Great game particularly for teenagers - delivery took much longer than expected

The jigsaws are so well made, they look fantastic in my daughters room and they arrived quite promptly.

I don't ever do reviews but after seeing all these negative reviews I thought give credit we're credits due I ordered a little bike last Tuesday and when I read there email I thought it was arriving Thursday or Friday my grandsons birthday was Saturday so on the Friday I checked the e mail and it wasn't arriving till the 18th/19th April obviously to late for his birthday rang toy street up,Friday morning spoke to ma guy called Kieran and explained and he said money would go back in the bank 3 to 5 days and today Monday money was back in the bank so thank you toy street and I will shoo with you again

I have delayed writing this review but in the interest of other customers, not for any longer. I ordered an item from this company, my money has been taken and I am still waiting 5 MONTHS later for its delivery !!!!!! I would never use or recommend Toy Street to anyone .

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They are a scam company , they take your money and do not deliver the item claiming 'there is an issue with royal mail'. When challenged they will not process a refund and their 'supervisor' will hang up on you. Please do not buy from them!!
