I ordered a book from them in June 1st they didn't even attempt to send it out til July 2nd over a month after I ordered it when their website says a 2 day turn around for sending out orders. I received my order on the 11th and what I received when it arrived was a toy tire, not the book I ordered. I've been trying to reach out to them for a refund, even stating that I'd send them back the toy tire and they are giving me the run around. Avoid this store at all cost this is most likely a scam site.

Price was way better than anywhere else, the item actually arrived a day earlier than predicted and all in good condition. I will definitely be ordering more from toy street.

Delivery took 6 weeks. Rang after 2 weeks and told it was lost but on the way…

Do not touch this "business". Ordered an item on the 27th May. E mails come back as possible Spam. No one answers the phone. Quite sure I've been scammed.

Ordered item on 10th June contacted 24th June as item not received although says posted within 2-5 days only to find they don’t have it in stock and they haven’t had decency to inform me I believe this is sharp practice taking money by false representation

Super fast delivery (cheapest option was selected)! Toy perfect. Very slight hole in the box that contained the toy but not intended as a gift so not a problem.

Items ordered for next day delivery on May 21st, not dispatched as of June 1st. Needed for a certain date so had to source items elsewhere and request a refund. The vendor has not answered multiple calls and emails and I have now had to escalate a case with PayPal in the hopes of receiving a refund. Avoid!

Toy Steet is much cheaper than other toy stores and the postage is very reasonable and really quick. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.
