AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I did an order on the 14th October that came up to £76 hoping it would arrive on the 23rd October for my sons 3rd birthday ,like many other companies it normally arrives before then ,not from toy street though ,my order still says processing today ,I wrote emails which I didn’t hear back from them until the 23rd on my sons actual birthday ,I was told they were waiting on his buzz tonie from another site being sent to the main warehouse and within 3-5 working days it should be sent and I should have received an email of the shipping as they reassured me that it was on it way to their main warehouse, 7 working days later still no progress and I’ve emailed again this morning ,poor service ,I’m beyond frustrated now as my son can’t go on his new bike as the helmet was within the toy street order. What an awful company to deal with ,I will never ever purchase from him again or advise it to anyone . A joke of a company messing with people’s livelihoods!
Ordered a bike for my daughter’s birthday which came missing one of the screws. I emailed to get a replacement screw/return the item for a replacement and I was directed to return the item. I did so. A week later, they advised they hadn’t actually received the item. I provided proof and they advised a refund would be issued shortly. I did ask for a replacement item and gave two different options on the return form, both in stock on the website. I was advised I couldn't actually have a replacement despite being told I could. After several exchanges of emails, none of which sympathetic, I finally received a refund a month later. I asked if they would price match the item and provide free postage to rectify the situation so I could reorder and they said no. Overall, a very poor experience with them.
Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I never received the parcel. The company have point blank refused to refund my money or replace my order. The customer service is shocking, beyond shocking. Taking almost a month to respond to emails. Phones line never answered Avoid this company, it’s a total scam. I am in the process of raising a case with trading standards against them.
Great and surprisingly fast service, usually most retailers are not as fast shipping your purchase but this was not the case here, positively surprised

Ordered items on 28th July 2024. Nothing about delivery online as "Still Processing. " Company contacted via email on 13th August 2024 to find out what was going on. I explained I am Autistic, with other Neurodiverse diagnoses/hidden disabilities and stated that explanations can provide reassurance and ease anxieties. After some too'ing and fro'ing I got an explanation - that the item they said they had in stock, they actually didn't have in stock thus needed to wait. It is now nearly 3 months later and still nothing from the company and online status was "Still Processing". I emailed them today to cancel and get my money back and I asked for an explanation and was hoping I would get an apology for them being so crap!! No apology, no reason. Just that they're sorry to hear I wanted a refund!! I do not recommend buying from this company and they certainly need to do some more work to understand Neurodiversity/hidden disabilities, let alone improve their basic manners to their, albeit unhappy customers, who are rightly annoyed at Toy Street's appalling customer services. A simple apology and an explanation can make such a huge difference to people.
Ordered 15th September and still waiting, chased by email and response was :being stored at a different site and is currently on its way to our main warehouse. As soon as it arrives, we will dispatch it to you. We have chased them on your behalf and have been assured that it's on its way. If you haven't received a dispatch notification within the next 3-5 working days then please get back in contact with us. Called after the date had past and again apologised and said I'd receive an email in 24hrs with an update ....that was 48hrs ago and still no idea of when to expect delivery
