Hoping to take advantage of your 16% off sale, I ordered two bottles of Ancient Minerals magnesium oil. The order and price charge showed two bottles when I clicked the final order button. But when the order was completed, the website turned it into one bottle (fortunately, the visa charge was for only one bottle two). But I missed out on getting the price reduction I would have got on two bottles. This is the second time your website hasn't worked properly for me.

I like shopping at the Raw Food World - they have a great selection of items; I've learned about many of my favorite brands (Wilderness Poets, Jem, Living Libations, Explore Asian) through RFW. They have great prices, esp on the monthly sale items.

I love the selection and quality of items available on the RFW site and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when my recent order was placed, I received no order confirmation email. Also it took almost 3 weeks to receive my order and no interim tracking reports. Upon receipt, some parts were missing critical components. My second email inquiry resulted in the problem being resolved promptly making this a good experience.

I appreciate the dedication of the company to health and, at least seemingly, from my experience screens products before selling them. I trust what you sell is healthy for me to use or eat and that your owners are devoted to the public good, as well as the good of each individual client. I had a problem making an internet purchase and all I did was call and they took my order and fixed the problem. The agents also seem knowledgable and are very polite. Thank you Matt and Angela--you are both great at what you have chosen to give to the world and I wish you many blessings. I also wish I could talk to you about what I do....bringing the energies of the feminine divine to the world. I also just signed my first publishing contract. Thank you once again for all the info, videos, and products.

First, I wish to convey gratitude to the Raw Food World and the plethora of items offered. At the same time, I would appreciate a shorter turn-around for orders shipped as well as charging less on shipping especially for items that are lightweight. With no cost for shipping and convenience of Amazon Prime, scheduled Mercola orders and Lowe's next day delivery, it's a surprise to wait almost 10-12 days for a product.

I find The Raw Food World to be a reputable company with good products and good sales, however the last two times I ordered during a sale the orders took a long time to get processed.

I discovered you guys last year when I was looking for a way to make my own nori wrapped raw sticks and found your vid. I pretty much stopped there but would from time to time check y'all out. Well this time it led me to purchase mung bean & black pastas along with a liquid smoke; which I have my mung bean soaking now. I just got through watching what aged me to most on a raw food diet & could relate SOOOO MUCH about what Matt Monarch was saying. Also, I'm going to check out Au Lac Resturant next wk, thank u SOOOO MUCH!!! For helping me on my raw food journey. God loves U, Jesus lives for U!!!

The products offered at Raw Food World are high quality. The description listed matches up with the products. I did have an issue with one item received and the customer service rep I spoke with on the phone took care of the problem to my complete satisfaction.

I really don't know what to say I think that Matt is a great business man this is my first time order I will see if the herbs are as good as he says. I do like that he did check to see if he had the right order insted of just sendind me anything!

First, the positives. I appreciate the range and quality of products. I also appreciate the "Do Not Irradiate" labels put on the outside of the packages that go through the postal service. You obviously care that your customers receive the most natural products possible. I also appreciate the sales. Now, what can be improved on. When there was a backlog of one item, I waited six weeks for it. Repeated emails to you about expected delivery date brought NO response. I think this is rude. There was an apology for the delay weeks before my email--but advance apologies don't substitute for communication, folks! Also...I have to say that I'm suspicious of "at cost" items. What does this mean exactly? You guys have great marketing--but there's not enough information sometimes. And sometimes, the benefits of your products sound too good to be true. I'd appreciate a bit more transparency in your business dealings.

It has been over two weeks and our order has not arrived yet. RFW states that our order was returned to them because it was damaged. This happens a lot with this outfit. Their packaging and handling is fair at best. We also understand Matt Monarch, the primary owner, is a terrible person, and he doesn't keep his word in business. We hardly ever order from RFW anymore because the owner is not at all what he attempts to appear as.
