Very protective packaging so nothing has arrived broken (I buy numerous products in glass jars) AND screaming deals!!!! Love these folks!

can't sign in to website-tried signing in my account but couldn't get in-then tried making new account and told I have an account-tried calling to place order and it took 4 phone calls for someone to get in touch with me you have great products, but very difficult to use website and order-took way too long to deal with also put things in cart and it isn't kept there for very long-should stay there so I know what I had wanted-took a long time to pick things out and put in cart

Never received product. Lucky for me this was free or I would be complaining to the better business Bureau. Figured you never get anything for nothing.

This is my first time ordering from RFW and I am very happy with the speed at which I received my order as well as the quality of the products...I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I suggest no one order anything from this company. I ordered 3 pairs of eye glasses from therawfoodworld.com. I received the glasses on 4/30/2015. The glasses were already broken when I received them in the mail. They were not packaged with foam or any bubble wrap which might have protected them. I've sent 4 emails to therawfoodworld.com and have called their phone number regarding this problem, and I've not received a response. I suggest no one order from this company. 5/9/2015 Update - the company has re-sent the 3 pairs of eye glasses free of charge. The glasses arrived in my mailbox today. They are in great condition with no damage. I would now like to change my review as I'm now a happy customer.

I love this site. I'm not a raw vegan but love good food. I always find great snacks and other exquisite items here especially in the clearance section. I wish S&H would be a little cheaper or free for a $50 purchase;)

I have been raw for 13 years now and have followed the owners journey they are good people. So My husband and i have used the store many times and almost all the times there is problems. I never get to talk to a person. Delivery sucks. and they make mistakes in the orders that u have to proof them wrong because they don't believe in their errors. Very impersonal shopping u pay and pray that u receive your orders. I ordered to orders a while ago i never got a tracking number or receipt nothing I had to call and leave a message to see if my order went through if it got lost... Might be the biggest raw food store but customer service zero. Life is good in Vilcabamba but shopping at u store not the best experience natalie

RFW is the best !

Raw Food World sells the best Thai coconut sugar! This coconut sugar works wonderfully in my hot cocoa. I put in half granulated coconut sugar, and half of Thai coconut sugar. The Thai coconut makes my hot cocoa sweeter than if I just used the granulated coconut sugar. I would highly recommend the Thai coconut sugar. The only thing I would like to change would be the wax sealant on the top. It is often broken into pieces when I open up the product, and I need to pull off the little pieces. I realize they are perfectly fine to eat, but I do not like them floating in my hot cocoa. Raw Food World is a great company and I would like to do business with them again.

I odered pinhole glasses from the site ,it's been a week now now tracking number or any idea when my items will ship ot be delivered. Very disappointed with site!

I ordered my combo a week ago and as of today it still hasn't been shipped? I have called, left voice mails and tried emailing with no response?! NOT pleased! You sure took my money fast enough?? I want a tracking number stat! Hoping the merchandise is worth the wait and cost. Because I found the exact same thing locally for only 30.00! Not doing this again.

Love all the products! I would like a bit more explanation of exactly how and why to choose certain powders and herbs or others, doses, etc. also, shipping to me sometimes takes upwards of two weeks.

They gave a great discount on top of "at cost specials" so they got a huge order. They let us know they might be behind on sending the order. It's like a holiday upon receiving the items ordered. Everything is well packed and delicious. A conscious, conscientious company who let you get to know them in their emails.

I haven't recieved my order, it's been awhile. I will put review when I get it. Can u let me know when I should expect them
