I ordered a juicer on or around Nov. 30 2015. I called on 12/9/15 and was told my situation would be sent to a supervisor by email. I would aslo receive an email today 12/10/15 advising me of what has been or needs to be done in order to get my juicer delivered. I have not recieved this email. I would not feel comfortable doing business with company for the lack of follow up on my situation. I can excuse the juicer not comming if I were simply told why the shipping to me has been delayed.

The Raw Food World has great products and very generous special offers and, despite being in the UK, I would gladly order from them a lot more than I do. If everything is in stock and there are no issues, it works great. However, the customer service is pretty poor, which means that from now on I'll only order from them when I really can't get a product from anywhere else - there's only one product that falls into this category that I would need to buy once every couple of years. When I have had issues over the years, I've found that emails don't get responded to promptly, if at all. Because it's been impossible to resolve issues by email, I've ended up having to call them and, while my issues have been resolved, the attitude I've met with hasn't been very friendly or apologetic and I wouldn't say I've come away thinking customer service is a priority for them. It's a shame. Edit - I just saw Matt's response to a poor review re customer service below so have upped my review to 4 stars as customer service issues seem to be being resolved, which is great news.

I ordered 4 bags of figs. Two of the bags were fresh and had expiration dates, and nutrition labels, the other two bags did not have labels and were obviously very old and dried out.

I love the wide range of products carried by The Raw Food World. Also, the At-Cost selection allows me, from month to month, to stock up on items that, due to their quality, are very expensive (and often beyond my budget).

I am so happy that Hoodia is now stocked, and your shipping was blazing fast! I personally have to take hoodia for at least a week before I get the desired results, but it has been a week and I am starting to feel that awesome control over what I eat. I was never able to explain until I saw the interview, but it is true, if you are an emotional or boredom eater like I am, it is a HUGE help in forging new and better habits!!! Here's to getting my old body back thanks to your hoodia!

I submitted 2 emails via their website. They processed my order twice via their website. I emailed them twice - NO RESPONSE. Instead they shipped me 2 orders. I put in a process in PAYPAL to contest it and NO RESPONSE. What's up with that kind of customer service? Can someone please email me back and let me return the duplicate order??? All, after Matt responded, he corrected the actions right away which I do really appreciate. I have been a long time Raw Food World customer and believe their products of the highest quality. Matt has assured us that he's putting new processes in place so the service will be better. I do believe in Matt Monarch and his integrity. Thanks for making things right!

I love this company!!! I can trust they will deliver what they say!! They are honest which is so rare in todays world. And if something is not right call and it is fixed, DONE, no suspicion on their part. LOVE that. I give The Raw Food World a 12 out of 10. The thing is I do not order that often from them maybe 2,3 4, times a year and I am treated like a Queen as if I spend 1000 a month or something.
