I ordered slippers for a couple of patients. It was straight forward to order online & the order arrived within a couple of days. The price was actually slightly less than if I'd ordered from the company who supplies them & I didn't have to pay p&P which I would have had to do if I'd ordered from the supplier! As we're all watching our pennies, my patients were delighted.

Watch out if you are thinking about returning items, as they keep £2.95 from your refund for every pair of shoes returned if : - the shoes are marked down in price, discounted or in the sale - or if you use a VOUCHER CODE or coupon (like the 10% off one available at the top of their home page.) They claim that this is clear from pages all over their site. The main message that comes across from every page is "free exchanges and free returns," and there is only one line hidden in the terms and conditions that doesn't even mention vouchers or coupons. In my mind it was not clear or I would not have ordered from them in the first place, so it all just feels a bit sneaky. It's a shame, as it appears to be a good company, but their insistence that they are in the right has just lost them another customer. An increasing number of complaints about the refund policy does seem to suggest that there is something going wrong, and it's beginning to affect their TrustPilot rating. They will probably dismiss this review too! Be warned and be wary...

It took a while for my order to be dispatched - but that is only a minor gripe since the delivery wasn't time critical and besides, I'm sure what every customer wants more than a swift delivery is for the order to be correct - which it was. I love my Rockport shoes - they are QUALITY. So, in conclusion I am very happy with the service and I will not hesitate to use Shoes.co.uk again. Many thanks.

Sent for size 4 and size 5 in cream size 4 was perfect even though i am a 4 and half normally. so comfy lovely soft leather sent 5 back and cchanged for another size 4 in black. Price was so much lower than other sellers. Good customer care also. swift delivery.

The slippers are very well made, excellent leather, soft but strong, and the sole is good, so you can slip outside in them. Ask me again in 10 years time.

Shoes arrived on time Not happy with product - but wasn't shoes co uk fault Wouldn't use again as understood was free return service but they deduct postage cost when refund .be aware of this. It's not your fault if the product does not fit. Best to try on in shop then order or you will also be stung
