I ordered my lotus shoes fro shoes.co.uk on the Friday evening. They arrived at 8.30 am on the Tuesday. Nothing to pay postage and packing. Fantastic service and cheaper than in a shoe shop in Cardiff!

I had seen a pair or Reiker I loved shoes in my local shop but they didn't have my size and couldn't say when they would get them in. So I searched the internet and found the same pair (albeit it under a different name) on the Shoes.co.uk web site (and they were cheaper by £5.00 than the shop) so I ordered them, received them within 4 days and they are perfect. Reiker shoes always fit me perfectly with no need to wear them in and these were no exception. I will use Shoes .o.uk again for sure..

Had to ring twice to find put where my shoes were. They said that they don't know why they have not been dispatched. Said they would ring back but never. Got them in end "!!!!"

After a browse round the website (which was very easy to navigate) I found a pair of shoes that appeared just what I was looking for. ordering was very straight forward and the process easy to follow. Delivery was quick and all was well with the purchase. Looking forward to finding the perfect shoes to wear at my sons wedding later in the year.

Really pleased with these very comfortable shoes, very lightweight, perfect for Summer. Delivery was excellent arriving one day after order. Would definitely have confidence in using this firm again and no hesitation in recommending it.

although I have not had occasion to wear the shoes yet they are light and pretty and should be just right for a special day.

Was really pleased with my shoes however had return them as they didn't fit. Contacted the sellers by phone, they were pleasant and very helpful. Received my return slip promptly and had no trouble returning them. Will have no hesitation using them again, happy to recommend them to my friends.

Great to find the shoes I wanted in the size my son needed (14). I eventually made the order over the phone as the internet connection was very slow. Shoes could not have been more helpful on the phone.

Just like to say how difficult it can be trying to match an outfit from one shop to shoes from another. However, I found a perfect match with this company and my mum was extremely happy with them Thank you all so much making life simple. I ordered a pair of Rockport shoes for my husband to take skiing. Two days before his flight I rang and was told the shoes had arrived in the warehouse. I explained that I was hoping they would arrive the following day. The warehouse was rung for me and the parcel was sent on a next day delivery. The shoes arrived as promised the day before the skiing trip.

i contacted the company twice; once to place the order and the second to ask where it was; in each case iwas dealt with professionally and also a friendly manner. i would certainly recommend them!

I have been looking for navy shoes for a wedding and ordered them through this site and was very pleased with the process. They arrived very quickly but unfortunately they were too small so I requested a larger size. Unfortunately they do not have them in stock but they e-mailed me to tell me and offered a refund if there was nothing else that I liked, but at this moment there isn't but I would use this site again in the future before any others.
