I ordered a pair of shoes in April to accommodate my ever expanding feet during my pregnancy. I used Shoes.co.uk because they were the most competitively priced for the shoes I wanted and I had the option to pay after delivery using paypal, which suited me very well. Unfortunately, after ordering, I was contacted by one of the team to be informed that the size I had ordered was actually sold out and that there had been a mistake on the website. They offered me a different size or to order a similarly priced alternative. Fortunately for me, I found a very similar pair by the same brand on the website for the same price. Therefore, I requested I have these instead. Frustratingly, I was then contacted to be told that, contrary to what was said on the site, they would not actually be available until August. I cannot fault the team for their swift communications with me and their swift cancellation of my paypal payment, however, I did find the whole experience somewhat frustrating and it would make me think twice before ordering with Shoes.co.uk in the future.
