When I ordered some shoes online from Shoes.co.uk, not having used this company before, I became worried that they were not reputable. I had a look online for comments and, although they were good, I was not wholly convinced. However, how wrong could I be! I had a very helpful phone call and e-mail the following day regarding my order. A thoroughly reliable company that I would have no hesitation in recommending.

I have another pair of keen sandals so was confident I would not be disappointed. I was right they were delivered very quickly and I wore them next day. Comfortable as usual and airy good for walking. I will continue to buy as do a lot of walking. Will definetly continue to use website to buy from as pleased with speed of delivery. Impressed.

Ordered black Bentley shoe. The main reason I ordered from this company was that as I work I need named day delivery. I paid £3.95 extra for next day delivery and arranged for my sister to be in the house, She waited in all day to no avail. I looked on the company's website the goods were only marked as ready for delivery on the day I should have received them. The website stated the goods were despatched by DPD whose tracking site did not recognise the tracking number. I sent shoes.co 3 e mails requesting clarification on delivery and at the very least a refund of the next day delivery charge, this did elicit a auto response (we will respond in 24 hours! still waiting nearly 2 weeks later. Eventually I got a missed delivery card 4 days after order was expected, not from DPD but from Royal Mail. This meant a 30minute walk each way on Saturday to collect as our sorting office is on an industrial estate in the middle of nowhere. I am very annoyed at the discourteous service and don't feel I will be using this company again. By the way the shoes themselves are OK. Added 16 July 2014 After this initial review I was contacted by Nigel from shoes who refundedv£10 Next day James got in touch apparently they had it problems with their emails He gave me Avoucher for £15 off a future order they were very pleasant and apologetic. Seem like nice people I will give them another go.

I ordered a pair of top-branded sandals and was able to buy them significantly cheaper than from other sites. They arrived very quickly and, I have to say that I can't fault the service I received, the competitive price and the range of quality product offered.

I ordered a pair of suede Chatham brogues from these folks on Tuesday July 1st and they arrived on Thursday 3rd July. Nice surprise and even nicer brogues (Carnaby style -very stylish very soft) Definitely use these again

ORDERED SANDALS, DELIVERED QUITE QUICKLY. UNFORTUNATELY THEY WERE TOO WIDE SO HAD TO RETURN FOR REFUND WHICH WAS ACTIONED WITHIN TWO WEEKS. BRILLIANT SITE WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.
