I ordered a pair of boots the size of which were out of stock. I was contacted almost immediately regarding this so I ordered a different size hoping they would fit. These were deliverd promptly but unfortunately we're too big. I returned them and received a full refund. I will definitely use this site again and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends/family.

I would like to thank James who answered my emails when I inadvertently typed in the wrong number for my address and had to try to get it amended before the delivery took place. I arranged to collect the shoes from the DPD depot to stop the delivery going to the wrong address. I would also like to say that DPD are the best couriers and I am always pleased when a merchant uses them as they have an excellent delivery system with really good email and text communication. The shoes are perfect too and would definitely use Shoes.co.uk again and recommend to others

Had an initial hiccup with adding a discount to my order and getting an email through to customer service but when I eventually made contact they were very nice and helpful. Shoes are great, delivery was quick. Will Shop with them again!

Found the shoes I was after and placed the order. A day later I was emailed to inform me that the shoes were not in stock and asked if I wanted to find some alternative shoes or would prefer a refund - I opted for a refund. The next day I searched for the same style/size and found them on Amazon, but sold by Shoes.co.uk. I emailed them again to suggest that they remove the listing from Amazon as the shoes were not in stock. A week later and I am having to chase to get my refund - a disappointing and frustrating experience.
