I discovered this website when looking for my favourite shoes " Rockport". I as amazed that they had current designs in virtually all sizes,at incredible prices compared to other shops and websites. It was easy to order and help was available by phone. The shoes arrived perfectly packed and even before the promised date. I'll be back.

I hate , but hate shoping for shoes[going into a shop either being ignored or pounced upon by sales staff . Also the whole way if it does'nt look/feel good sales staff just carry on telling you to buy it, treating the customer like a 2 year old who needs to listen...So I enjoy internet shopping, a lot! Shoes uk seems to have a more personalised service where the shoes are reviewed, honestly. I like the clear layout and easy checkout, and ofcourse the bottom line, the price. All in all I really enjoy shopping here.I would like a few more photos of the shoes when I am first browsing , but if you click on the review they are turned around so you can get a realistic look at them.

After searching many websites I found the shoes I was looking for at a hugely reduced price. I had never used their service before but thought it was worth the gamble as the shoes were such great value. I needn't have worried as I was keep informed of their whereabouts every step of the way and they were delivered (free) in a matter of days. We had trouble finding a store that sold POD shoes locally so decided to search on line. We were delighted to find that the shoes we were looking for were still available, we were disappointed that the colour choices had changed but I suppose you can't always have everything. Postage was very reasonable, less than petrol and parking costs and they were delivered very quickly.

A lovely pair of shoes. Look like good value for money. They have turned out to be the perfect colour. I have 3 wedding to which I will be wearing them. Here's hoping they're as comfortable as they look.

I have used shoes.co.uk a number of times and have not been disappointed. My shoes were delivered by a reliable courier ( my postman) and on another occasion TNT who delivered them into my hands and not by throwing them over the hedge to lie in the grassy verge for days, as has been the case with other companies ...hmmmm! There was free postage on my delivery ... Brilliant... And they arrived within 2-3 days as promised. The shoes where packaged properly, arrived in perfect condition and were cheaper, for the same product, than I'd seen anywhere else, couldn't ask for more and I will definitely continue to use this company. As an aside I don't usually write reviews but felt a job well done deserved to be acknowledged on this occasion :)

I got an e-mail alert for a sale of a brand I like. I ordered a pair on-line - simple website, easy process. Then I got a phone message and an e-mail from James apologising that my choice was now out of stock. I called back and chose another pair from the sale section of the website over the phone on a phone line with a real James at the end of it, not a recording or automaton. The second pair came, and I had been given another discount to apologise for the inconvenience. Thank you, excellent all round!

The shoes.co.uk website is really easy to navigate with loads of choice. I bought Keen sandals and I am so delighted with them and they were great value for money with the Shoes discount on the website. Easy to order and pay using Paypal. Really impressed with the service as I returned 1st pair as too small, then 2nd and 3rd pair were wrong delivery! BUT the apologies and helpfulness of james and lee and the free return service made everything so easy, will have no problems using them again!
