The plan was taken out with ease, no problems & i feel contentment with it in place. I know my daughter will have no problems when my time comes.

On sending an email I was contacted quite quickly, all options were explained to me clearly and so I could understand and make a decision on what I required, it was so easy and the prices very good which included discounted prices. I was very impressed and now know that my funeral expenses will be covered and my family will not have to pay out. Peace of mind thanks. :)

Sent for free pack,was called and the plans were explained in detail and then amended to suit our needs.I called back with a few questions,answers were what I hoped for so went ahead with the plans.I was told they would phone to acknowledge receipt of application.This I received the day after posting.A very professional service.Thanks

After I decided to take out a Funeral Plan I did my research and contacted Which amongst others. Originally I chose a local firm but after much deliberation I returned to Which as they had been so kind and patient in helping me with my queries, going to some trouble to make certain I ended up with the plan I wanted. They also discounted the plan I chose and I can pay monthly with no extra charge. I feel happy and relieved that my funeral plans are sorted now and a sad burden he's been taken from my family. With a subject that is little discussed, lacking in available information and considered my many to be morbid, I was apprehensive when I first approached Which Funeral Plans. I need not have worried - they were friendly, patient, informative and not at all pushy. Our advisor quickly succeeded in finding my husband and I the best plan for us at a very reasonable cost. We now have peace of mind! We know that when the time comes, we, or our children, will not have to worry about costs and arrangements at a difficult and emotional time. Until then, we can now forget our mortality and enjoy life...whoopee!

From start to finish the process of organising funeral plans was very straightforward. One e mail to request a brochure, a lovely discussion with which funeral plan the following day, providing all the information required and answering any questions. Received the application forms the next day, and very easy to complete. Any requests eg music preferred etc can be listed and it was clear that the company pay good attention to overall conversations as the details were included in the introduction letter. The price is very affordable and there are various ways to pay which would suit all I would recommend this company.
