I have given a score of 4 based primarily on two or three telephone conversations with your representative who was both friendly and helpful and appeared very knowledgeable. I was made to feel that I could ring him with any subsequent queries. I have however not seen the plan yet.

Very helpful; very easy; all questions answered... and the deal I got, on a like-for-like basis - was over £1000 cheaper than the local undertaker's quote. What made this even more attractive was that the arrangement then made, at our agreed price with Which Funeral Plans, was with the same local undertaker. The only criticism was that when I saw the name "WHICH..." I assumed it was part of the Which Group of advisers of best deals; it's not, but this got me talking to them.
The member of staff I spoke to was really helpful, answered my questions fully and was very human in the way they responded to me. Excellent communication skills clear and concise methods used for giving information.
