Great products and fast service though the reorder process is as involved as the first one.

I had trouble processing my payment, and even though it was a Saturday and Medsengage was closed - and so was my bank, btw - Alan on live chat walked me through paying with PayPal, which worked. Thanks so much.

One suggestion is improve tracking communication. About one day after ordering I received a tracking number, but when I used it on the site for usps.com it always said the number is not in the system. I am overall happy with Meds Engage & would order from them again.

The website is clunky but the service is good enough. Delivery time can be slow, so order in advance.

I have used Meds Engage before and have received good service. Princes are getting bit steep

First off I am very impressed with the whole process. You create and account and everything is uploaded to the website, Prescription info, Doctor info and Medical history. Once you complete your purchase, credit card payment process which is also totally online takes place. This website also had the best prices on my meds! The only thing that I needed to upload was a photo of the actual physical prescription which I took a picture of and emailed to their website. Everything else was done interactively online! Worried about not getting your prescription? No problem they issue a tracking number so that you can track the shipment from India. I watched the tracking show up at customs and leave customs and out for delivery notification. Post office person delivered package to door, I signed for it and process was complete. How long did it take? Placed order on Friday and received it 1 day short of 2 weeks (ie Thursday). All in all a very up todate process that is fully automated and trackable! Highly recommend this company! Other companies that I had considered required filling out paper forms, faxing or emailing all information including credit card info!

It was my first time shopping from Meds Engage Inc. but not last. I was satisfy by fast and reliable services, I recommend this company. Why didn’t I give 5 star because one box of meds was a little damaged and delivery man asked me for extra money without providing any reason or bill for it(so I didn’t pay).

Overall good experience, meds delivered from India did take a little longer in transit than I would have liked (paid for expedited shipping)

I've used Medsengage for a while now. I didn't have any problems until my shipment was confiscated by U.S. Customs even though they were FDA approved drugs. I had a bit of a runaround with Medsengage, but they rectified the situation and I have since used them without a problem. I like that they improved their credit card system also. There are fewer steps now. All in all, a decent company that treats customers well. I will continue to use them unless something drastic happens.

My doctor wrote me a prescription for 88 100mg pills/90 day supply. As a reminder that i could cut them in half, she suggested that I begin with 1/4-1/2 pill to start and wrote that on the prescription. Medsengage took it upon themselves to cut my prescription in half. They charged full price and only sent me 44 pills! I complained to no avail. The custiomer service is awful.

Very happy with the cost of my prescription and how quickly it arrived. An additional plus is the ease of navigating their web site.
