I have used them for a couple of years now and have not been disappointed. One shipment got "LOST" and was not delivered and they replaced with one phone call. They asked a couple of questions and then a while later I got the replacement. A week later the original showed up. I called, they said keep them, no charge. Using these people was a suggestion from my rheumatologist! He is a good doctor also.

The good - it arrived in just 8 days, not 2-3 weeks! The medication pricing was excellent. PayPal methodology was OK. The annoying - Required a signature, a nuisance and very annoying. Please eliminate that! And there was a tracking number but it was not usable - also annoying. .

First time using Meds Engage. No complaints. Selected from those reviewed on pharmacychecker.com primarily for price & quality of website. Paypal charged Dec 18. Rx arrived from India Jan 8. Some reviews indicated shipping free and credit cards were accepted. Shipping actually $12 and at least with Rx from India, no credit cards. If you happen to be ordering Advair, know that the generic roto-cap type is definitely effective, but a little fiddly with having to crush a capsule each dose. I ordered the Seretide type 6 years ago & it was in a device just like Advair's, so unless your budget is really tight, I'd go with that or actual Advair which is HUGELY less expensive than getting it in the U.S.

Ordered meds on Dec 17, 2019. Cannot contact anyone to get information on my meds. They are Offline and 800 number just rings and rings. I paid for expedited shipping and still no word. Are they closed? Does anyone know? Thanks.

Once I created an account, a bit tedious, everything went smoothly, uploaded my script, learned the next day you take PayPal (never mentioned as a means of payment), I paid and the medication will soon be on its way. Thanks.

The website was easy to navigate but when you get to the payment and shipping options it gets unclear. Under the “offline payment” option you should put PayPal because it’s unclear that offline means PayPal, and most people, I would imagine, will want to pay with PayPal. Also, I would put “suggest tracking option” somewhere in the shipping section. One last thing, when I was live chatting with a representative he did respond very quickly at all, leaving me to wonder if he was still there. If the live chat rep is looking up information they should ask you to hold on while they check it.

It took about 4 months to get my order. First I placed my order online,then I mailed a check with my prescription. I waited a few weeks , nothing . I called the company several times and I was told they don't have my prescription but they have my check. So I faxed them my prescription . After a week I called them and they said they still don't have my prescription. After about 2 weeks I called them again . They still didn't have them . So I told them to look again and they finally found them.
