The payment method is very odd and the follow up after payment was submitted was nonexistent. from the beginning It was very difficult to get the detailed information from the customer service chat when I initiated the order. After waiting for my order to be processed and for them to receive my prescription and after my payment was submitted I still had to call and tell them I had already paid. The person answering the phone simply answered hello I had to ask if I had the right number . I had not received any shipping information now I'm still due to wait two more weeks! For medication that is needed. I don't think I will be using this Pharmacy again.

The web portal is dis-functional, and when you call into the toll free number you can hardly hear anything that’s being said, and even worst, once the call is concluded nothing has been resolved.
I have used Meds Engage for two years now. Good prices but don't understand why an extra $8 makes the delivery so much faster.
