I received a notice on 2/28 that my item has shipped, but the tracking number is not yet in the USPS / US Postal Service? why this delay?

Payment is very confusing. An email sent to me stated payment could be made by credit card, but there is no way to do that. I sent check number and date, and now they want payment via PayPal. Use another company!

Trying to get a simple order for days now and cannot get it so I am considering another website to buy the tadalafil pills that I need.

Never got meds and paid for expedited shipping. Their chat service is awful. No one seems to know what is going on.

Excellent. My doctor wrote me a one time six month prescription of Jardiance and another online pharmacy told me I have to change it (because they only ship 3 month supply). Medsengage accepted my original prescription as is and shipped the drug in 2 shipments (separated by 2 months), in compliance with US regulations.

payment is far too complicated

Checkout via PayPal not desirable. Why not add credit/debit card checkout option?

Their prices are great and the shopping experience was great also. Still waiting for my medication to get here. I paid for the Express Mail service so it should be here soon.

Email address of where to send photos of prescription, DL, and check was not clear. One part of the online process directed to send it to "admin@medsengage" and the sales rep on the phone said "info@medsengage". And I have yet to receive confirmation that that email was even received, which is disconcerting since I provided personal, medical and financial info in it.

Prices were great, service was excellent--will definitely use them again. Would suggest everybody in need of fair prices to use them on a regular basis.

Have ordered prescription medication from Medsengage several times now. I have them email me with the total and then I can pay securely using PayPal. Prices are much, much lower than US Pharmacy. My only complaint would be how long it takes to get to me; however, that is usually due to US Customs. Just order 4 - 6 weeks before you need the medication and you should be good.

Didn't complete order myself so don't want. Why was there a charge

After the first order and my doctor fax my script. It is a breeze. They are super polite and kind, helped me with ordering. Prices so much better. Thank you Meds Engage and each person that helped this be a stress free way to order.
