Accurate and fast service

So far so good !! I have had a fantastic experience working with MedsEngaged so far and do look forward to a successful completion of the process. Placing the order was fast and easy. As soon as I receive my order I will know for sure just how well it all went. The people I spoke with were awesome.

I had ordered lifetime delivery I my previous order. When ordering this time I did not see that option in my refill information. I called the 800#. The staff completed my refill order including the free delivery. Staff was very responsive.

03-17-2025 Synjardy was ordered thru Meds engage Inc. via Turkey. Money was debited from checking BEFORE product was shipped, only to find that product in Turkey is no longer available. 03-30-2025 order was cancelled. 04-02-2025 requested refund for this cancelled order. This company refuses to refund, giving me excuses after excuses. Custome service personnel have a poor capacity of the English language making this task more difficult. This company should be removed from the Pharmacy Checker list of companies. Be wary!

On 26 Mar 2025 I was told I would receive the tracking number of my shipment within the next 4-5 business days. Never did, and (as of 11 Apr 2025) have not received shipment.

Excellent service, wait time between order and delivery appears to be longer than it could be if you do not do special handling.

I did everything online. The website was easy to use and the process went smooth.

you dont give proper inbfo up front

Medication prices are good. Shipping prices are too high. The brand name that I ordered was out of stock, so I have to wait longer. Processing/shipping waits are already too long. Heavy accents make it difficult to understand conversations. Online order prices are listed as 3 times higher than on the phone prices.

The website is very to navigate. You get email reminders when refills are due. If you have questions, customers service is very helpful but sometimes hard to understand.

You sent payment declined over a dozen times when you already received payment

I have received no update on my purchase since my checking account was debited. I had no idea if my order was shipped or where it stands untill it showed up in my mail box today. I appreciate the fast delivery but I wish there was some communication. Also, every time I called, it seems their phone was not in service.
